• Anna Bandura

  Anna is a molecular biologist by training and at heart who transitioned into the biotech industry. She now also mentors scientists to sharpen their pitching and public speaking skills. Beyond biotech, she curates the Global Shapers Vienna Hub, a community of driven young changemakers creating positive change.

• Antonio Galante

  Antonio is originally from Italy and moved to Austria at the age of 16. After completing high school, he began studying economics, but soon realized that a traditional corporate career was not the path he wanted to pursue. In 2020, he and his team launched their own party series, centered around techno and community. Their vision was to create a safer space for everyone, a place where music takes center stage and people come first. What began as a small initiative has since grown into one of Vienna’s key driving forces in the underground music scene.

  Als Freie Rednerin und Yogalehrerin ist es Carina's Aufgabe, durch Worte Bilder & Emotionen entstehen zu lassen. Seit 2022 erzählt sie die Geschichten der Brautpaare in der Hochzeitszeremonie auf besondere Weise.

• Daniel Gratzer

  Daniel Gratzer works at the intersection of Buddhist Studies, contemplative psychology, and sustainability research. He explores how foundational assumptions shape human flourishing and transformation. As founder of The Flourishing Society, he connects research and practice to expand perspectives and foster collective transformation.

• Estefanía Piñón

  Estefanía Piñón is a Mexican, Vienna-based entrepreneur and community builder. She’s the founder of NIWA, which empowers international women in Austria, and Expansion Manager at an international company. Passionate about migrants’ and women’s rights, she creates impactful networks, mentors ambitious women, and designs a life of freedom, creativity, and financial independence.

• Hannes Hofer

  Hannes ist seit fast 25 Jahren als Geschäftsmann für die Regierung tätig. Er liebt es, mit Menschen zusammenzuarbeiten und Probleme zu lösen. Sein Motto lautet: die richtige Balance finden.

• Marvin Ottersberg

  Marvin Ottersberg is a developer living on the road, chasing freedom, good coffee, and meaningful connection. But while traveling brought him closer to strangers, it also showed how easily messages with old friends can miss the mark. His talk dives into the art of truly being understood.

• Mila Sirychenko

  Mila Sirychenko is environmental policy expert originally from Mariupol, Ukraine. At the UNEP Secretariat of Carpathian Convention, she is working on a program for Green Recovery of the Ukrainian Carpathians. A Vienna Global Shaper, AustrianStartups ELP fellow and GigaLab'24 FFG Award winner, Mila is a speaker at major international platforms, including COP27, SB58, and COP29, advocating for the interconnection of environmental justice, peace, and circular fashion.

• Ned Stranger

  Ned is a songwriter, author and ‘unapologetic oversharer’. He grew up in south England, then moved to Cambridge to study law, then to London to grow his indie-folk band, August and After, securing millions of listens in countries around the world. He now lives in Vienna and is writing a nonfiction book exploring his open marriage and recent discovery that he’s not his daughter’s biological father.

• Sophie Kaitlin Drescher

  Sophie Kaitlin Drescher is a moderator and speaker who has been on stage since the age of 15. Raised in a startup family and educated at a startup-focused school, she developed an early understanding of entrepreneurship, innovation, and change. Today, she leads youth organizations and media projects that give Gen Z a strong, authentic voice. In her work, she challenges how organizations perceive young people and makes one thing clear: understanding the next generation is not optional, it is essential for the future.

• Synergy Dance Linz

  Isabella Leutgeb is a passionate dancer and choreographer from Linz, Austria. Driven by a vision of inclusivity and empowerment, she founded Synergy Dance Linz to provide a safe space where people of all backgrounds, ages, and genders can connect, move, and grow through dance.
