Claire Cho
Claire Cho is a sixteen-year-old junior at Whippany Park High School, a junior training EMT, and an aspiring physician with a driven passion for oncology. Core strengths include strong leadership, communication, and adaptability. Through programs such as Novartis Women in Science & Business and current enrollment in Atlantic Health's rigorous EMT training course, she has gained first hand exposure to clinical practice, collaboration, and professional innovation. These experiences have deepened her unrelenting commitment to advancing healthcare and oncologic research. Driven by compassion and a strong desire to empower the upcoming generation of providers, she hopes to inspire fresh perspectives and innovative solutions in medicine.
Kendra Koch
Kendra Koch is the Founder and CEO of Divergently, a community-driven wellness platform for late-identified neurodivergent women. Drawing from her personal health journey and over a decade in health innovation, she's worked with venture-backed companies including Invitae and SpoonfulONE, spanning genetic testing, preventive health, and digital wellness solutions. She also serves as an Ambassador for the Founder Mental Health Pledge and writes "Felt Sense," a Substack exploring the power of intuition. Her insights have been featured in Business Insider, The San Francisco Chronicle, Thrive, Motherly, and more.
Lakia Holmes
At the height of her career as a woman in sports, Lakia became a single mom by choice. What she didn’t expect was how isolating, overwhelming, and deeply misunderstood the fertility journey can be especially for Black women. She realized she wasn’t alone in her questions but far too many women were still facing them alone. That’s why she became a Fertility Empowerment Coach. She supports women — especially Black women — through the emotional, practical, and personal complexities of fertility: egg freezing, IVF, choosing donor sperm, and solo motherhood. She brings lived experience, storytelling background, and advocacy into every conversation — creating what she didn’t have: a safe, judgment-free space to feel seen, informed, and supported.
Robyn Koslowitz, PhD
Dr. Robyn Koslowitz is a psychologist, trauma expert, and author of Post-Traumatic Parenting. As the founder of the Post-Traumatic Parenting model, she helps parents break free from inherited patterns and become the parents their children—and their inner child—need. Her core message is simple: Your inner child can’t raise a child, but raising your real-world child can heal your inner child. Dr. Koslowitz is an NYU trained clinical child psychologist, and the founder of the Center for Psychological Growth of New Jersey, where she supervises a team of clinicians who use trauma-informed and evidence-based care to serve children and their families. She is also a keynote speaker and internationally recognized school consultant, helping schools become trauma informed and integrate social and emotional learning into their curricula. She lives in New Jersey, where she practices post-traumatic parenting with her own children.
Sanaya Mistry
Sanaya Mistry is a high school junior at Mount Saint Dominic Academy and a committed advocate for global health equity. She works with Dr. Matthew Shupler at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to study the devastating effects of cooking-related air pollution on women and girls around the world. Driven by a deep sense of justice, Sanaya studies how indoor air pollution from traditional cooking methods negatively affects the health, economic, and political standing of millions of women around the world. Her work amplifies the urgent need for solutions to this gendered health crisis.
Yann Dang
Yann Dang is a former global finance executive turned leadership coach, speaker, and host of The Balanced Leader, a top 2% podcast supporting ambitious women who want to lead with impact—without burning out. With a background in high-stakes corporate leadership and a deep commitment to emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, Yann helps women transform internalized pressure and suppressed emotion into presence, clarity, and grounded power. Her work centers around emotional mastery—including the integration of anger as a vital leadership force—and invites women to stop proving, and start leading on their own terms. A proud mom, a member of Forbes Coaches Council and CHIEF, Yann brings her full self to every stage: global executive experience, real-life honesty, and an unwavering belief that when women lead from wholeness, we change the culture—not just the conversation.
