  Joseph Onaolapo, professionally known as Jay On Air, is a media strategist, content creator, and thought leader in broadcast and digital communication. • Mohammed Ahmed

As a member of various associations including CASSON and PoPAN, he’s deeply involved in promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Mohammed serves as a consultant for multiple projects, particularly in child development with “A Mothers Love Initiative,” and runs two consulting firms, DatePalm and BlakMoh Consulting, offering tailored solutions for personal and professional growth. Married with a daughter, he’s dedicated to both his family and his passion for enhancing human potential.
