Arjun Saini
Arjun Saini is the Director of Mount Olympus Group of Schools and a Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar Awardee. With a strong foundation shaped by UPSC and CDS, he brings resilience and purpose into education leadership aside from new age thinking. He has effectively spearheaded the expansion of the group across multiple regions while strengthening the brand via tie ups with multiple partners. Moreover, Arjun is also a mindset architect and has also effectively executed curated experiences in the hospitality space. A published poet, Arjun works at the intersection of education, personal growth, and impact-driven leadership.
Bhavika Dabur
Ms. Bhavika Dabur currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ECB Sustainable Youth Foundation, where she leads operations and strategy for youth-led sustainability programs across India. She also works as a Brand Strategist at The Greater Change, a Dubai-based HR Outsourcing Firm. Her experiences include impactful tenures with KPMG India, India Trade Promotion Organization and HSIIDC where she worked on fair trade operations, financial reconciliation and business development strategy. Ms. Dabur is a recognised International speaker, having represented India at high-level platforms including HLPF, COP16 2024 and Unite 2030, USA and IYC Climate Summit. She is a 4 times TedX Speaker, Centre for Civil Society Scholar and awarded as DU Beat’s 21 Under 21, featured on Times Square, New York, Voyage, Los Angeles for her contributions to business consultancy and public speaking and over the past five years, she has trained more than 70,000+ students across India in soft skills, communication and personal branding.
Dr. Karandeep Singh
Dr. (Capt.) Karandeep Singh is an award-winning edupreneur, UN SDG 2030 Ambassador, and former Army Captain whose journey spans the military, academia, and entrepreneurship. A recipient of the Sena Medal and an alumnus of Oxford, Cambridge, and Kyoto University, Dr. Singh brings military precision to the world of educational innovation. Featured in Forbes and Fortune as a global thought leader in AI, sustainability, and education reform, his work has transformed classrooms into ecosystems of innovation—from pioneering the “Forest Education” model to establishing global collaborations in edtech and sustainable learning. With over 350,000 monthly readers and TEDx talks viewed across 90 countries, Dr. Singh continues to inspire educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers worldwide. His vision lies in empowering humanity to turn adversity into awakening—embodying his philosophy that pressure doesn’t break potential; it crystallizes it.
Lt. Gen. Pradeep C Nair
Lt General Pradeep C Nair was commissioned into the Sikh Regiment of the Indian Army in 1985. During his 39 years of service, he has served in the challenging areas of Siachen Glacier and the Northeast, where he has over two decades of service, besides many other places. A highly decorated officer, he has been awarded with the Param Vishist Seva Medal, the highest peace time award, as also the Ati Vishisit Seva Medal and the Yudh Seva Medal by the President of India. Besides, he has been awarded with the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card on three occasions. A scholar warrior and a much sought after speaker, he retired as the 21st Director General of Assam Rifles in July 2024. He has done his PhD on a subject that is related to the Northeast. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor with the Naval War College, Goa and is a specialist on North East India, Myanmar and Bangladesh studies for the United Services Institute of India, Centre for Land Warfare Studies, Centre for Joint Warfare Studies and the Vivekananda International Federation. He is also a columnist for two newspapers. An academic of repute, very soon he is taking over as the Vice Chancellor of St Mary’s Rehabilitation University in Hyderabad.

Beyond the newsroom, Mehak has represented Indian media at global stages, including moderating panels at the Cannes Film Festival and leading conversations that bridge cultures and perspectives. Siddharth Rajhans
Siddharth Rajhans is a globally respected career diplomat serving with the United Nations, currently on deputation to the Government of India. Recognised as a global powerhouse of diplomacy, public policy, and thought leadership, Siddharth’s work spans across strategic governance, multilateral engagement, and institutional transformation. With a rare blend of grassroots insight and global perspective, he continues to shape discourse in international relations and sustainable development. In a prior career in Silicon Valley, Siddharth established himself as a technocrat with strong leadership skills, serving at Apple, with personal ties to CEO Tim Cook. He was also invited to inaugurate Apple’s flagship retail vertical, Apple Saket in New Delhi, with CEO Tim Cook. He has been an early stage investor and an important catalyst in India’s startup ecosystem, with some of his early investments, Stage and Ather Energy doing very well in India’s startup landscape.
