An entrepreneur, educator and helping brands expand through franchising while creating business ownership opportunities for investors. He has helped reduce franchise go-to-market time and costs by up to 98%, with his work featured in major publications. His journey has taught him one thing above all: ownership can turn ordinary experiences into extraordinary growth.

  Serial Entrepreneur & Personal Branding Strategist

  Arunachalam S is a Chennai-based serial entrepreneur and personal branding strategist helping founders, doctors, and executives build authority on LinkedIn. He leads Social Sculpt, an agency working with hospitals, startups, and personal brands, and co-founded Nebula Startup School, a founder education platform. He also built PostAutopsy, a LinkedIn content intelligence tool used by creators worldwide, and runs Social Sculpt Academy, training the next generation of marketers. Also hosts the Sculptors Podcast, built on the belief that people are portals to new ideas. Currently on day 950+ of a 1,000-day public writing streak, he believes patterns flow outward from the universe to people and that the right people matter more than any strategy.

  Climate Activist & Community Mobilizer

  Ashok Raja is a Climate Activist and Community Mobilizer from Tamil Nadu, India.He has led the community-driven restoration of 15 water bodies that had remained dry or severely neglected for over a decade by bringing together local residents, volunteers, institutions, and organizations through citizen-led action. He founded the Stop Screen Time, Start Green Time initiative, encouraging young people to reconnect with nature through environmental stewardship, lake restoration, and community service. A recipient of the Green Champion Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu and a Terra.do Climate Fellow, Ashok believes that environmental restoration begins with restoring human attention.

She is one of the 100 Indian Women Achievers in the year 2023. She has also been recognized as a Global Icon University USA which is recognized by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Govt. of India.

• Dr. Manjupriya Marisamy

  Dr. Manjupriya Marisamy is an educationist, entrepreneur, and advocate for inclusive learning, and the Founder & Managing Director of SKB Vidhyashram Group of Schools, as well as the founder of Metamorph Preschool and SKB Montessori Training Institute. With a background in Engineering and advanced qualifications in education, Montessori training, TEFL and special education, she has dedicated her journey to creating learning environments where every child can discover their potential. Her work has particularly championed inclusive education for children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and other special needs. From building an educational institution from the ground up to expanding its reach across Tamil Nadu, Dr. Manjupriya combines entrepreneurship with empathy and purpose. Known for turning lived experience into sharp, memorable insights, Dr. Nagesh brings together professional practice, research and human observation. • Dr. Vishal Pandya

  Educator and Author

  Dr. Vishal Pandya is a Professor of English and Head of the Department of English at Government Arts and Commerce College, Palitana, Gujarat. With 12 years of experience in higher education, he works at the intersection of literature, language, cinema and contemporary thought. He serves as IQAC Coordinator and as a Core Team Member of the NAAC Cell, Government of Gujarat, and is a member of the Board of Studies in English at MK Bhavnagar University. A researcher and author, he has published five books and 27 research papers, including a Scopus-indexed publication, and has presented his work at international and national conferences. Beyond academia, he is a filmmaker and creative writer whose short films Mulakat and Sarmaya have received recognition and awards, while his novel Ellipsis…!!! – Fusion D’Esprits was published in 2024. His work brings together education, creativity, storytelling and cinema, with a focus on how ideas can inspire meaningful transformation.

Driven by a deep interest in human behaviour and decision-making, Kiran develops evidence-based frameworks that integrate academic excellence with emotional intelligence, empowering individuals to make better decisions and lead more meaningful lives. He is the author of the award-winning novel Vidyarthi-Betal, recipient of the Golden Book of the Year Award – 2023, and delivered two TEDx talks.
