  Content Creator & Digital Influencer

  Bana Elayyan is a content creator and digital influencer known for her fashion, beauty, and lifestyle work across social media. She began her influencer career by joining Instagram in 2013 and has since built a following of over 1.3 million on @bana.elayyan. Bana is particularly recognized for her character-inspired makeup transformations, which inspired her to start her very own beauty salon, Teal by Bana Elayyan. She has collaborated with regional and international brands, including OPPO Jordan. Bana has captured the hearts of many people due to her authentic side on social media, where she shares her journey with honesty and creativity, leaving an everlasting impact on her audience.

• Chuck Garcia

  Best-Selling Author, Leadership Coach, & Professor at Columbia University

  Chuck Garcia is a leadership expert, best-selling author, and keynote speaker focused on communication, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. With 25 years of experience in senior roles at Bloomberg, BlackRock Solutions, and Citadel, he now leads Climb Leadership International, a global coaching and training organization. Chuck teaches professional leadership at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Engineering and has delivered keynotes in more than 20 countries. He combines lessons from business and mountaineering to help individuals build resilience, communicate with clarity, and lead with purpose.

• Farah Hourani

  Creative Director & Multidisciplinary Designer

  Farah Hourani is a multidisciplinary creative director and co-founder of Scarab Records, where she leads the label’s full visual and creative universe. Since 2023, she has served as creative director for artist Zeyne, shaping her visual identity across music videos, campaigns, tours, and her debut album AWDA, with multiple works submitted for Grammy consideration under her direction. With a background in fashion design and technology, Farah has showcased her work internationally and led creative projects across music and fashion, including developing Arabic fashion courses. Through Scarab Records and Scarab Creative Lab, she continues to build culturally rooted visual worlds that merge heritage, innovation, and contemporary Arab storytelling.

• Hala Siraj

  Entrepreneur & Investor

  Hala Siraj is an entrepreneur and tech executive with over 15 years of experience across finance, technology, and e-commerce. She is the co-founder and managing partner of FENA Holdings and a co-founder of MENADevs, an AI and language technology engineering company. Hala previously led talabat Jordan and held senior roles at Uber and Waha Capital. A Yale University graduate, she serves on the boards of the Amman Stock Exchange and Bank of Jordan, bringing a thoughtful perspective on leadership, innovation, and impact.

• HRH Princess Noor bint Asem

  Author, Educator & Well-being Advocate

  HRH Princess Noor bint Asem is a Jordanian author and educator dedicated to emotional well-being, mindful learning, and early childhood development. HRH founded Moments Conscious Education, a platform focused on helping families and educators nurture presence, connection, and emotional resilience in children. She also serves as co-founder of The Orenda Tribe, a movement that combines art, social and emotional learning, and creative experiences to empower young people and encourage positive social action. Beyond these initiatives, she is an ambassador for the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, promoting mental wellness and mindful parenting.

• Jaafar Wahbeh

  Jaafar Wahbeh is an award-winning young leader and entrepreneur from Amman, Jordan. He is one of the youngest members of OPUS, a global collective of founders and innovators, and has built connections with leading founders and brands through his initiative-driven work. Jaafar is also a recipient of the Outstanding Pearson Learner Award for achieving the highest A-Level marks worldwide and Her Majesty Queen Rania’s Outstanding UK Learner Award for leadership and impact. He has represented his school and country at elite leadership programs and speaks on youth empowerment, creative action, and why showing up matters more than being ready.

• Lubna Sabbagh

  Student Speaker

  Lubna Sabbagh is a returning TEDxKings Academy speaker, having previously delivered the talk “Beyond the Screen and Pages: Unveiling What Makes Fictional Characters Lovable.” She has a deep love for the stage, with strong interests in theater, singing, and live performance, and is drawn to storytelling as a way of exploring identity and emotion. Alongside her creative pursuits, she is also a cross-country athlete, balancing artistic expression with discipline and endurance.

• Tala Sahibeh

  Tala Sahibeh is a passionate young leader known for her energy, creativity, and confident voice. She contributes to her community through public speaking and serves on her school’s student leadership council. She is also an active member of King’s Academy Jordanian Model Parliament, where she engages thoughtfully with peers on civic issues and leadership. Beyond her leadership roles, Tala expresses her cultural pride through dabkeh and other dance forms. Her work reflects a belief in the courage to embrace change and grow.
