• Caitlin Myers

  Caitlin Myers is the John G. McCullough Professor of Economics at Middlebury College and a research associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research. Her research examines the causal effects of abortion policies and access on demographic, health, and economic outcomes. Professor Myers’ scholarship is published in leading scholarly journals and is frequently covered in the media. She spearheaded the economists’ amicus brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health and testified in the U.S. Senate Budget Committee on the links between reproductive policy and economic policy. Currently, she disseminates data on the changing landscape of abortion access through abortionaccessdashboard.org and Open Science Framework and is working on projects measuring the effects of the Dobbs decision.

• Charlie Sellars

  Charlie Sellars is the award-winning author of What We Can Do: A Climate Optimist’s Guide to Sustainable Living. Taking a holistic, data-driven view across our Personal, Professional, and Political lives, What We Can Do aims to instill readers with pragmatic optimism in the fight against climate change. Charlie is also a director of sustainability at Microsoft, which has pledged to become carbon negative, water positive, and zero waste by 2030. One of the youngest directors at the company, he has overseen sustainability for both Microsoft’s Windows & Devices and Cloud Operations & Innovation teams. Recognized by IM100 as one of 2024's top one hundred most impactful individuals in the digital infrastructure industry, Charlie also serves on the governing body of the iMasons Climate Accord, an industry coalition united to decarbonize the digital infrastructure that underpins the next generation of cloud and AI services. • Mohamed Noor

  Mohamed Noor is an international student from Mandera, North Eastern Kenya, and a junior at Middlebury College studying Neuroscience and Global Health with a strong interest in global health and healthcare equity. He is the founder of Beyond Borders Orphan Aid and is now pivoting his focus toward exploring the intersection of climate change and healthcare through his new initiative, AfriHealth Arc (in development). His approaches have been shaped by hands-on experiences, including the Davis Projects for Peace, which deepened his commitment to action, and his summer internship at EY-Parthenon in their Healthcare Corporate Growth and Strategy practice, which expanded his perspective on health systems.

• Molly Solomon

  Molly Solomon was named Executive Producer & President, NBC Olympics and Paralympics Production, in November 2019. She is responsible for all day-to-day editorial, programming and production of NBC Olympics’ coverage of the Games. She served as Executive Producer of GOLF Channel from 2012 – 2023, a position that made her the first woman to serve in that role for a national sports network. A veteran of 13 Olympic Games, Solomon began her career as an Olympic researcher in 1990. In 2024, Solomon oversaw production of the Paris Olympic Games, regarded as one of the most successful in NBCUniversal’s history. Solomon’s oversight of the Games topped the 46th Sports Emmy Awards with 10 wins. An 18-time Emmy Award-winner, Solomon won Gracie Awards from the American Women in Radio & Television for her work on the Beijing and Paris Olympics. She was also a producer on NBC’s primetime coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony, which won a prestigious Peabody Award. Solomon was named “Woman of the Year” by WISE (Women in Sports Events) in 2008. In 2021, she was recognized in Adweek’s Most Powerful Women in Sports and received the New York Festivals’ Lifetime Achievement Award. A Phi Beta Kappa member, Solomon graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a bachelor’s degree in international politics.
