• Arturo Rosadio

  Arturo Rosadio Quevedo is a Food Industries Engineer and one of the key drivers behind the agro-industrial transformation of Ica, Peru. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects focused on agricultural innovation, water efficiency, and strengthening the agro-export value chain, contributing to positioning Ica as one of the leading regions in the export of products such as grapes, blueberries, and avocados. He has led initiatives related to technology applied to agriculture, water resource management, and post-harvest process improvement, while also playing a key role in the development of the CITE Agroindustrial Ica, promoting technology transfer and the competitiveness of the agro-industrial sector.

• Cesar Panduro

  César Panduro Astorga is a poet, university lecturer, and cultural manager from Ica, Peru. He has dedicated his life to promoting reading and regional literature, particularly through his role as director of the Abraham Valdelomar Library in Huacachina. He is also the creator of the “Poetas en la Arena” festival and the founder of the El Conde Plebeyo publishing house, through which he promotes Peruvian authors and preserves the literary memory of his region. As a writer, he has published poetry, short stories, novels, and essays, exploring themes such as identity, Ica’s cultural heritage, and the human experience. His work bridges literary creation and cultural management, turning books into living spaces for encounter and reflection. His career is guided by a central belief: reading does not only educate, it transforms.

• Jamil Castañeda

  Jamil Castañeda is an entrepreneurship educator and mentor who has spent over six years guiding thousands of young people and emerging entrepreneurs in developing and scaling their projects. Originally from Ayacucho, Peru, he has built a career focused on expanding access to entrepreneurial learning and helping people transform their ideas into action. He has worked with more than 24,000 individuals, promoting a practical approach to entrepreneurship based on continuous learning and intentional experience-building. His methodology emphasizes three key practices—reading, listening, and building connections—as tools to develop real entrepreneurial skills. Through his work, Jamil challenges the idea that entrepreneurship depends on privilege or perfect conditions, instead promoting it as a mindset that anyone can activate through consistent learning and exposure to new experiences.

• Lucía Acurio

  Lucía Acurio is a Peruvian education and public policy specialist known for her work in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving learning quality in Peru. She has focused her career on using evidence and data-driven approaches to strengthen education systems, with a particular emphasis on reading comprehension and critical thinking skills among students. She has held roles related to the Ministry of Education of Peru and actively participates in national discussions on education reform, innovation, and human capital development. Through her work, she advocates for shifting the perception of education from a public expense to a long-term strategic investment. Lucía is also a frequent voice in education forums such as CADE Educación, where she promotes a paradigm shift toward prioritizing learning outcomes over access metrics and placing teachers at the center of educational transformation.

• Raul Campos

  Raúl Campos Rosas is a technology professional and high-performance athlete who has successfully combined his career in the tech industry with his passion for long-distance running and marathons. Throughout his journey, he has participated in various endurance races, gaining deep experience in the physical and mental preparation required for such demanding challenges. His approach emphasizes discipline, consistency, and strategic planning as key pillars for achieving ambitious goals in both sports and professional life. Through his experience, he challenges the idea that success depends on luck or innate talent, instead presenting it as the result of a structured and sustained process over time. In his talks, he shares insights that connect high-performance athletics with professional development, encouraging people to adopt a “marathon mindset” to approach long-term personal and career goals.

  Valery Lisboa is a high-end jewelry designer and a diamond specialist certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). With more than 18 years of experience in the jewelry industry, she has dedicated her career to promoting ethical luxury through artisanal craftsmanship, local production, and responsible sourcing. Her work focuses on supporting small-scale formal mining under Fairmined certification, encouraging mercury-free extraction and the adoption of clean technologies that protect the Peruvian Amazon and surrounding communities. Through her designs and advocacy, Valery seeks to transform the concept of luxury into one rooted in purpose, sustainability, and social impact.
