• Hilary Ma

  Having spent her childhood living in various countries with her mother, Hilary holds a sincere appreciation for the intangible power that cultures embody. She finds herself fascinated by how cultures shape a civilisation’s pride, inspire innovation, and help us make sense of identities beyond our own. Now 18, that appreciation has translated into an ever-evolving passion for cultural anthropology, where she’s particularly intrigued by the complex interplay between modern, global trends and traditional cultures. Furthermore, Hilary’s love for the arts fuel her admiration for the interdisciplinary nature of anthropology, enabling her to examine music, theater and literature as microcosms and allegories for cultural voice and experiences.

• Jack Showell-Rogers

  Jack is a Year 11 student who loves reading and writing. After experiencing the pressures that come with school life, he believes it is important to raise awareness around how one's sense of identity is shaped, as it can have a profound impact on our lives. Outside of school, he is involved in Model United Nations conferences and volunteers as a part of MPA. Jack also loves to travel and experience different cultures.

• Jyoti Singh

  Jyoti Singh is an alumna from Harrow Bangkok, class of 2023, a current international relations student with a strong interest in psychology and global decision making.

• Lucy Lee

  Lucy first discovered her lifelong companion at the age of 7, pressing the keys of a creaky, out-of-tune piano. She began studying the violin at 8, quickly embracing it as both a technical challenge and a form of unfiltered expression. Now 16, she is a Music Scholar at Harrow International School Bangkok, performing both within the school and at external engagements, and devoting herself to the Senior Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and Senior Choir. Beyond the concert hall, she represents the school on the Varsity Tennis Team, balancing artistic refinement with athletic resilience. Though she aspires to pursue biochemical engineering, music remains the enduring undercurrent of her life, cultivating discipline, imagination, and originality.

• Panu Wongcha-um

  Panu Wongcha-um is a senior correspondent for Thomson Reuters covering Thailand and mainland Southeast Asia, with over a decade of experience reporting major regional events. He also serves as president of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Thailand.

• Pinn Sanguansinthukul

  Since a young age, Pinn has cultivated a deep passion for computer science and mathematics, drawn to the precision of numbers and the logic of code. Always curious, she is interested in understanding the systems, both computational and human, that shape the way we think and make decisions. Born into a culture where her birth was mapped out to the minute through Chinese superstition, with even her family name chosen to align with fate, she grew up surrounded by predictions about who she was meant to become. Beyond her academic pursuits, she enjoys singing, embracing music as a creative outlet and a way to share moments of joy with friends.

• Venice Prapaipichit

  Since childhood, Venice has nurtured an interest in psychology, aiming to work with children and adolescents. She aspires to reduce the stigma around mental health whilst shining a light on the voices of those experiencing hardship, and spreading awareness on how communities can incorporate wellness practices into their lives. Outside the sphere of psychology, Venice also finds joy in being Captain of Nehru House, and working within Harrow's Model United Nations circuit.

• Will Moussa

  Will has been part of the Harrow Bangkok community for 12 years, an upbringing that has afforded him both privilege and perspective. Conscious of the responsibility that accompanies access, he co-founded Horizon Hands, a student-led initiative supporting financial literacy education, and later established Mind2Op, a youth platform focused on enterprise and practical economic thinking. Through Mind2Op, he has presented at Global Goals Week under the Youth Incubator programme, advocating for accessible entrepreneurial education. Alongside these experiences, he has developed a deeper interest in the motivations that drive ambition, particularly the tension between purpose and perception in shaping young people’s decisions.

• Yuyang Che

  Yuyang has been part of Harrow International School Bangkok for 13 years, growing up in a community that values curiosity, character, and commitment. Beyond the classroom, he is actively involved in super and extra curricular life, particularly equestrian show jumping and dance, where discipline, balance, and self-expression play a central role. Alongside this, Yuyang enjoys building things and solving problems, with a natural interest in how mechanical ideas work in practice. These experiences shape how he approaches challenges with creativity, resilience, and a desire to understand how things fit together.
