With early research experiences at ISRO and DRDO, Akshay developed a deep appreciation for rigor, structure, and accountability in high-stakes environments. These lessons shaped his philosophy: success is less about one-time breakthroughs and more about the consistent tracking, review, and refinement that turn vision into reality. At Evigway, he has built systems where bold ideas are carefully measured and refined until they transform into impactful, real-world solutions. In his TED Talk, Akshay will challenge audiences to rethink success—not as a singular achievement, but as the compound effect of disciplined daily reviews and persistent effort. His insights show why consistency is the ultimate competitive advantage in a world that often celebrates only final outcomes.
