• Adwoa Aboah

  Rising to fame as a British Ghanaian model, Adwoa has had a multifaceted career as a model, actress, activist, and podcast host. Recognised as Model of the Year at 2017s Fashion Awards, a ‘Next Generation Leader’ on the cover of TIME Magazine and alumni of the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, Adwoa Aboah is a globally renowned figure in the film and fashion industry. In 2015, Adwoa launched Gurls Talk, a community-led organisation dedicated to promoting the mental health and wellbeing of adolescent girls and young women.

• Charlotte Figg

  Back in 2019, Charlotte Figg and Purdy Rubin started mixing up natural cleaning blends in jars. They were fed up with Big Clean: the endless plastic bottles, the harsh chemicals, the cupboard full of half-used sprays. Fast forward 6 years and Purdy & Figg has grown into the UK’s fastest-growing natural cleaning brand with millions of customers, approaching £60m+ in revenue. Prior to this Charlotte worked on board level strategy projects for Barclays Bank, Sainsbury’s, B&Q and Superdrug, in 2017 she set up the Crocus Garden School.

  Harriet is an esteemed director and executive chair on world-class boards, focusing on technology-led business transformations and equipping our younger generations with the skills the world needs. Most notably ex Chair and CEO, Asia Pacific at IBM and CEO of Thomas Cook group. Founding Trustee for the impact start-up, Mission Beyond and served on the Advisory Council for King’s College London Business School for 9 years. Her commitment to philanthropy and intergenerational community engagement is at the heart of her mission to create a better world for all.
