    Chuck Marting is a former law enforcement officer and certified Drug Recognition Expert with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in workplace safety and impairment awareness. During his career, he served for 10 years as a school resource officer, supporting students, staff, and the broader community. Today, he works with organizations to help leaders recognize impairment early and respond with clarity, accountability, and care.

    Megan Korns Russell approaches modern business challenges with wisdom gained across industries: Hollywood entertainment, technology, nonprofit and higher education. Megan's career is grounded in roles at Warner Bros. and Activision, where she drove global campaigns for major film and video game brands like Batman, LEGO, Call of Duty, Space Jam, Crazy Rich Asians and The Lord of the Rings through major business disruption and change. Megan pivoted to higher education and is a marketing and communications executive who also teaches courses in business, communications, strategy and digital media. In her early career, she worked in the healthcare and nonprofit industries. Megan holds an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business where she studied abroad in Shanghai, China.     Muneer Yaqub is a scientist, writer, and award-winning science communicator whose work explores how unseen forces in our environment and biology shape human health. He is completing his PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology, specializing in infectious disease, at The University of Texas at Dallas. His research examines why antibiotic treatment fails in patients with severe bacterial infections, particularly pneumonia caused by drug-resistant pathogens, and how environmental exposures—such as microplastics now found in our air, food, and bodies—may be shaping long-term health outcomes. His writing has appeared in Science Magazine and The New York Times, and he is the bestselling author of Greener Pasture, a book that has helped thousands of students worldwide pursue higher education. Muneer has earned numerous honors for research and public engagement, including winning the UT Dallas Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition for his ability to make complex scientific ideas vivid, relatable, and unforgettable.
