• Capt. Hansja Sharma

  Capt. Hansja Sharma, a 27-year-old from Jammu, is the first woman combat pilot of the Indian Army. Commissioned in 2020, she initially served as an Air Traffic Controller before volunteering for flying training. She earned her wings in 2023, was posted to 205 Army Aviation Squadron, and after completing around 150 flying hours, qualified on the armed ALH Rudra helicopter, marking a historic milestone in Indian Army aviation.

• Dr. Rashmi Sharma

  Dr (Ms) Rashmi Sharma is Deputy Director of Earth and Planetary Sciences and Applications Area and “Outstanding Scientist” by designation at Space Applications Center (ISRO), Ahmedabad. She leads the team, which is actively engaged in developing downstream applications in the field of Earth Observations. She is coordinating advanced science activities related to planetary and space sciences. She is steering various national level programs and coordinating activities with various ministries like, Ministry of Earth Sciences, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, Central Water Commission, various other national and state departments, and with defense sectors, like Indian Navy and Indian Air force. She has played key role in ISRO’s mission Mission Utilization projects. IRS-P4, SCATSAT-1, Oceansat-2, SARAL/AltiKa and Megha-Tropiques. Currently she is leading two very important ISRO mission projects, namely Oceansat-3/3A as a Project Director (Utilization Program) and NASA-ISRO NISAR program as a Science Lead. She represents ISRO at various International forums. She is recipient of prestigious P. R. Pisharoty Memorial Award, Satish Dhawan Award instituted by Indian Society of Remote Sensing. She is also recipient of ISRO’s Merit award and Team award. In the year 2022, she was Felicitated by CNBC-TV18 as ISRO’s inspiring women in a program “Future Female Forward”. She has more than 110 publications in peer reviewed journals. She has guided four PhD students. She is Associate Editor of Journal of the Indian Society of Remote Sensing (Springer).

• Navneet Kaur

  Navneet Kaur is a senior Indian women’s field hockey forward and the current vice-captain of the Indian national team. A mainstay in the side since making her senior debut in 2014, Navneet brings vast experience to the attack, having earned 200+ international caps over a distinguished career. At the senior international level, Navneet has represented India at the sport’s biggest stages, including a historic fourth-place finish at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, silver at the 2018 Asian Games, bronze at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, and multiple medals at the Women’s Asia Cup and Asian Champions Trophy. Known for her work rate, consistency and leadership, she continues to play a pivotal role in India’s success on the global stage. She recently led the SG Pipers to a title win at Women’s Hockey India League.

• Sunaina Tomar

  Ms. Sunaina Tomar is a former IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre and a university gold medallist in Psychology who joined the IAS in 1989 on her first attempt. She held several key administrative and leadership roles, including Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Commissioner of Schools, Mission Director of NRHM, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Textiles, and Additional Chief Secretary in multiple departments. She retired as Additional Chief Secretary for Higher Education, Technical Education, and GAD. An award-winning administrator, she received the Best Collector Trophy in 2001 and is passionate about tennis, yoga, cycling, trekking, and gardening.

• Sushama Oza

  Ms. Sushama Oza is a senior CSR and sustainability leader with over 42 years of experience in the social sector. She served as CEO and later Director, Strategy & Sustainability at Adani Foundation, playing a key role in shaping CSR initiatives across education, health, livelihoods, sports, and capacity building. She led national initiatives like Swachhagraha and Fortune SuPoshan, advised on sustainability and partnerships, and co-authored Strategic Communication for Impactful Partnership (2025). A trained psychotherapist, she is also passionate about trekking and theatre.
