    Success Ifeoluwa Erinle, known as Cräcky Brown, is the value in the signal. As an unconventional visionary, he builds minds and forges new paths for innovation and success in both personal and business spheres.     Douglas Kendyson is the Founder & CEO of Selar, Africa’s leading platform for digital entrepreneurs. He worked at Flutterwave and Paystack, two of Africa’s most successful billion-dollar fintech startup. He brings deep experience in fintech and online payments. Since launching Selar in 2016, he has helped over 1.5 million users monetize digital products, paying out more than $10 million to African creators. Douglas is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to build sustainable online businesses and is shaping the future of work across the continent through digital commerce.

  • Faith Adewale

    Medical Doctor & Creative

    Faith Adewale (born 2000) is a Nigerian medical doctor, augmented reality (AR) creator, visual artist, poet, and television personality. He rose to national prominence as a contestant on Big Brother Naija Season 10 (2025), where he became known for his intellect, creativity, and authenticity. Born in Lagos and originally from Osun State, Faith is a descendant of a royal lineage and holds the title of Prince in the Adewale ruling family. He studied medicine at Caucasus International University in Tbilisi, graduating in 2024. Alongside his medical training, he taught himself AR design and became the first Nigerian AR creator to work on Snapchat’s Spectacles, later collaborating with Meta and other global platforms. He has produced immersive digital experiences for artists and brands, written over 400 poems, and created more than 100 paintings, often blending traditional symbolism with modern digital elements.

    Gertrude Amarachukwu Umeh is a dynamic professional with a distinguished career in Tech Sales and business development. Gertrude is the Founder of the Revenue Nerd, as well as the Co-founder of Tech Sales Nexus, both platforms dedicated to educating and connecting Tech Sales professionals across Africa. Currently, Gertrude serves as the Sales Operations Lead at Big Cabal Media, where she oversees and optimizes sales processes, implements data-driven strategies, and drives operational excellence.

  • Misturah Abisola Owolabi

    Founder, Misty Glam Company

    Misturah Abisola Owolabi is a Creative Director, brand storyteller, and cultural strategist who has built a career at the intersection of advertising, advocacy, and social impact. She is the Founder of Misty Glam Company, Nigeria’s pioneering inclusive modeling, talent management, and advocacy agency for unconventional creatives. Through Misty Glam Company, she has spearheaded bold initiatives, including Nigeria’s first Albinism Advocacy Pageant, using the runway as a platform for advocacy, empowerment, and representation. As a copywriter and creative lead, Misturah has shaped campaigns with some of Nigeria’s most respected advertising agencies: Noah’s Ark Communications, Insight Publicis, and X3M Ideas Limited. Her creative fingerprint is on history as part of the powerhouse team that brought home Nigeria’s very first Cannes Lion, with the “Soot City Life Expectancy” campaign.

    Olagoke Balogun is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning entrepreneurship, business development, operations management, and consulting. His professional journey began in the fast-moving consumer goods and energy sectors, where he built strong foundations in business execution and operational excellence. Early in his career, Olagoke managed frontline operations as a Restaurant Manager at UAC of Nigeria (Mr Biggs’), Nigeria’s pioneering quick-service restaurant chain. He then transitioned into commercial strategy and customer development as a Business Development Executive at the Nigerian Bottling Company, a key bottler for The Coca-Cola Company. As the CEO and Co-Founder of So Fresh, Nigeria’s leading indigenous healthy food chain, Olagoke has transformed a pioneering concept into a thriving national brand with 12 locations across five states, over 150 employees, and a growing footprint in Africa’s healthy food market.

    Orifunke Lawal is a visionary leader committed to driving large-scale impact across leadership, women’s empowerment, community development, human capital development and governance. She graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and holds a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP) from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance. She has tri-sectoral experience working in the private, public and non-profit sectors, with interesting and verifiable experiences across different fields. She has worked in media, marketing, branding, corporate communications, business, training, non-profit, advisory, and now, public service. Orifunke is deeply passionate about women’s empowerment and community development. She is the Founder of Lady with Balls, a 300-member network dedicated to equipping women with knowledge, resources, and community to thrive.

  • Oti Egwu

    Chief Advisor, Bloomwit

    Oti Egwu is a Writer, Strategist, and International Public Relations Consultant at Djembe Consultants. He is also the Chief Advisor at Bloomwit. Oti has worked on Public Relations, Marketing, and Communications projects for global brands such as VistaJet, St. George’s University, the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC), Mastercard, Tommy Hilfiger, Jellyfish, M&C Saatchi, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Oti worked at the intersection of Brand Management and Content Strategy for Atiku Abubakar’s Presidential Campaign during the 2023 general election. He is the author of three books: The Six Albatrosses Around Nigeria’s Neck; Future of Work: Why Young Professionals Must be Skilled Writers, and Strategic Writing: How Successful Brands Use Words to Build and Sell.

A passionate advocate for gender equality and reduced inequality (SDG5 & SDG10), Sola leads initiatives that promote women’s economic empowerment through financial education, technology, and access to funding—most notably via The FRUIT Foundation in partnership with the U.S. Consulate. An alumna of programs such as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women and the U.S.. She is also a fellow of ICAN, ACCA,the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Maker Program and the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Program. Her leadership has guided one of Nigeria’s largest investment clubs to amass over $8 million in assets and has influenced top organizations and MBA programs.

  • Victor Fatanmi (Fá)

    Victor Fatanmi (Fá) is a purpose-driven business leader shaping the future of work and elevating experiences through the teams at FourthCanvas and Fullgap. In 2015, Victor co-founded FourthCanvas, a team of strategists and designers that has grown to become Nigeria’s most respected design agency. Drawing on insights from this journey, he later co-founded Fullgap, a tech startup building the ultimate client management tool for service providers and small businesses. In 2023, Victor received The Future Awards Africa Prize for Technology, followed by recognition from The Ooni of Ife as a recipient of the Royal African Awards in 2024. He is committed to helping good people do great things.
