WELLBEING - The GO2 For Life

Took placeFebruary 5, 20268:00 AM - 2:00 PM (GMT+4)
LocationDubai, Dubayy, United Arab Emirates

Wellbeing: The GO2 for Life is rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: wellbeing is not a luxury or an afterthought but, the single most important foundation for a fulfilling and meaningful life. Much like the oxygen we breathe, wellbeing is the oxygen of life — quietly sustaining us, universally needed, and fundamental to living with clarity, balance and purpose. It shapes not only how we live, but how we show up for those around us. When one person prioritises their wellbeing, it ripples outward - making the cultivation of a sustainable culture of wellbeing a shared, collective pursuit. Through this theme, our talks challenge the modern narrative that glorifies exhaustion as a badge of honour, while sidelining rest, reflection, and the courage to pause. Our speakers explore the idea that true wellbeing does not always need to be loud or flamboyant - it is often a quiet, deeply personal journey, unique to every individual. Embarking on this journey takes courage, and transformative change can begin with something as simple as awareness. With honest, thought-provoking perspectives, our student speakers confront the stigma around asking for help - whether physical, emotional or mental - and question the culture of pretending to be ‘fine’. Together, this unique line-up delivers a holistic message: wellbeing is the true currency of life. When we invest in our own wellbeing, and in that of others, the returns are lasting and profound. Join us for a morning of powerful ideas and reflective conversations that aim to reshape how we think about, approach, and truly live wellbeing.
