  • Anamara Baig

    Anamara Baig is the CEO of empowHER India with over 15 years of experience in program implementation, donor management, and business development. She has led impactful initiatives that empower women and girls, including Setu, which equips rural adolescent girls with future-ready skills, and programs focused on WaSH and financial inclusion to promote gender equality in India. Previously, she served as Head of Donor Management at Pratham Education Foundation, where she helped implement large-scale education programs like Read India and managed key donor relations across Pratham's global chapters including the USA, UK, and Canada. Academically, Anamara holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Jai Hind College and a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Kent. Her career is driven by a deep commitment to social change and building inclusive, empowered communities through sustainable development.

    Anurag Kedia is the co-founder and CEO of Pilgrim, India’s D2C beauty brand launched in 2019. An IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, he brings over two decades of expertise in beauty and wellness, having built Four Fountains spa and later Pilgrim — a clean, cruelty‑free, vegan brand offering global-inspired skincare at accessible prices.

  • Gautam Munjal

    Gautam is a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur and the founder of Minimalist, India’s leading design-led hospitality brand, inspired by a backpacking trip across Europe in 2016. With prior experience at OYO and a diverse background across hospitality, tourism, real estate, F&B, and retail sectors, he launched Minimalist in 2017 with the aim to redefine urban Indian hospitality through vibrant, community-driven hotel experiences tailored to millennials and Gen Z. Minimalist currently operates six hotels across India, with six more in the pipeline. Gautam emphasizes a value-driven, multi-dimensional approach offering spaces that cater not only to leisure and business travelers but also to staycationers, event hosts, and creative communities—anchored in immersive design and evolving market needs. In 2023-24, the company reported a revenue of ₹7.4 crore, up 7% year-on-year. It made a net profit of ₹2.2 crore

    Mallika Motiramani is a 21‑year‑old Indian YouTuber, gamer, esports athlete, vlogger, TEDx speaker, and social media influencer who launched her channel at just 15 in 2014. Born in Delhi and now based in Mumbai, she has amassed around 180 K YouTube subscribers and over 15 million monthly views. She has also appeared on MTV Roadies Season 19 and won Playground Season 2. Her estimated net worth is approximately $1 million

  • Malvica Chopra

    Malvica Chopra is a Bombay-based sitarist, composer, and performer whose soothing melodies blend classical Indian roots with contemporary fusion. She collaborates with noted sitarist Rishab Rikhiram Sharma, performing together in the acclaimed Sitar for Mental Health series. On Spotify, they have around 9.4 lakh monthly listeners, attracting an engaged audience for world and experimental music.     Munaf Kapadia is the visionary Founder & CEO of The Bohri Kitchen, a one-of-a-kind home-dining concept he launched with his mother in Mumbai in 2014. He holds an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS and initially worked at Wrigley India before spending four years at Google as an account strategist. In 2015, he left his corporate role to build The Bohri Kitchen full-time—transforming his mother's home-cooked Bohri cuisine into a celebrated culinary brand. Munaf authored the memoir How I Quit Google to Sell Samosas, detailing his journey of entrepreneurship, cultural heritage, and creative tenacity

  • Shruti Khanijow

    She is an international arbitration and commercial disputes lawyer with over a decade of experience handling cross-border cases in forums such as ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, and SIAC across India, London, Singapore, MENA, Paris, and Geneva. Her work spans construction, infrastructure, energy, shareholder and governance disputes, corporate criminal liability, and environmental defence, alongside advising on arbitration funding and insolvency financing. A Specialist Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre and member of the Y-AMC Steering Committee, she has been a partner at a Legal 500-listed firm in Dubai, worked with leading Indian law firms, and served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of India. A KC Mahindra Scholar with an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge, she has represented Cambridge internationally, including before the President of Armenia, and brings a unique blend of legal expertise, global perspective, and inspiring professional journey to the TEDx stage.
