• Aashna Chauhan

  Aashna is a driven and passionate Grade 8 student who enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling. She has a strong love for sports, especially horse riding, basketball, badminton, and tennis. Through her talk, Aashna highlights how pursuing one’s passions adds meaning and fulfillment to life, and she hopes to inspire others to follow their inner flame.

• Anthony Otaigbe

  Anthony Osekhuemen Otaigbe is an educator, entrepreneur, and language-technology advocate committed to preserving and revitalizing African languages through digital tools and storytelling. He is the founder of Izesan Limited, an ed-tech company focused on mother-tongue education for children, and also teaches and works professionally across education, technology, and public service. Born in America and shaped by global experiences, Anthony’s work explores how language carries identity, memory, and power—and why reclaiming it is essential for cultural continuity and future innovation.

• Ben Hasoun

  Ben Hasoun is in 4th grade at the American International School of Abuja, Nigeria. He enjoys being active, especially playing soccer. He also is a creative artist, a brilliant mathematician, and enjoys meeting new people. He plans to be a professional goal keeper in the future. Ben hopes that his talk encourages everyone to live an active lifestyle.

• David Agoha

  David is an educator from Ghana who is deeply committed to guiding young adults in discovering their life's paths. With a flexible and nurturing approach, he serves as a mentor, inspiring students to recognize the interconnectedness of their experiences. David loves reading, and he believes that knowledge enriches and fosters empathy and understanding in our diverse world. He strives to ignite curiosity and encourage others to reflect on their roles within the broader narrative of humanity. His message aims to inspire people to embrace life's experiences as essential to personal growth. Dedicated to nurturing a love for learning, David seeks to enrich the lives of everyone he encounters.

• Ezra Okonkwo

  Ezra is a Grade 4 student at the American International School Abuja. In his talk, he shares the different ways he has experienced the world through the various places he has lived. Drawing from his personal journey, Ezra hopes to inspire others to take risks, try new things, and make new friends wherever they go. He enjoys playing sports, traveling, trying different foods, and listening to music. His favorite thing to do is spending time with his family. Most recently, Ezra moved from Qatar to Nigeria, an experience that has shaped his perspective and story.

• Fynn Schillack

  Fynn is a Grade 6 student who came from Hong Kong to Abuja. In his talk, he tells how pets are more than just companions. He is currently studying at the American International School Of Abuja, and enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis and soccer, and watching F1 on his TV. Fynn hopes that the audience will take a different point of view about their relationships with pets.

• Kenneth Ifeanyichukwu

  Kenneth Ifeanyichukwu is a defining voice in the Nigerian performing arts, proving that dance is more than just movement—it is a discipline. With over 18 years of experience, he has evolved from a celebrated performer into a respected educator, choreographer, and international judge. Kenneth serves as a cultural ambassador at festivals across Africa, backing his artistic talent with a Marketing degree from Imo State University and a diploma from the Society for the Performing Arts in Nigeria (SPAN). Today, he blends creative passion with professional rigor, inspiring a new generation of dancers through his award-winning work.

• Kiki James

  Kiki James, is a seasoned social entrepreneur who believes that Africa’s future lies in empowering its people. Through her organizations, ACE Charity and ACE Education UK, Kiki creates practical solutions for complex problems—like using radio to teach children in remote areas and connecting UK and Nigerian schools for knowledge exchange and setting up Learning Resource Centres in Government schools. Her work supports everything from out-of-school girls to rural Women’s micro-credit programs. Blending strategic vision with heart, Kiki works with major foundations to ensure every child has access to quality learning. She is a builder of bridges and a champion for socially conscious leadership.

• Munachismo Okafor

  Muna is a writer and performance poet, passionate about storytelling. She has a keen interest in contemporary African Literature, which she explores through both poetry and prose fiction. Her ultimate goal as an artist is to tell impactful stories. She is also the founder of Purple Ink, a creative community that debuted in March 2025 with an all-women’s poetry event featuring poetry workshops, and an open mic session. Through Purple Ink, she hopes to create safe and empowering spaces for female creatives to share their stories and experiences.

• Onyi Iriemenam

  Onyi is a grade 5 student at the American International School of Abuja. In her free time, Onyi enjoys drawing, making paper squishies, reading novels, and staying organized by creating schedules. Her talk focuses on the power of supporting women and girls. Onyi wants the audience to learn that everyone benefits when we hold up women and girls, and that we should treat men and women equally.

• Persephone Zieger

  Persephone (Sephie) is a Grade 9 student who has a passion for theater. She’s lived in 6 countries but is currently living in Nigeria attending the American International School of Abuja. Sephie loves performing, baking, filming videos, singing, and traveling. Sephie’s goal is to inform the world that theater is important and how theater is a part of her identity.

• Reya Philip

  Reya is a 14-year-old student at the American International School of Abuja. She is inspired by people who strive to be a better version of themselves every day. She likes to play sports, watch TV, and read in her free time. Through her talk, she hopes that she can help people understand why they need to make better choices and how big a difference a small choice can make.

• Tunde Liman

  Tunde Shoremekun Liman is a storyteller and cultural advocate whose work is rooted in African identity, cultural memory, and community. Shaped by his upbringing and the power of collective life, he builds with a deep respect for tradition while looking firmly toward the future. With a solid corporate foundation in communications and investor relations, and with a quiet, intentional leadership style, he champions ethical creation, sustainability, and people-first systems across his work. At the heart of everything he does is a commitment to community building, creating spaces where culture is preserved, shared, and passed forward. At TEDxAIS Abuja Youth, he reflects on how community, responsibility, and purpose shape who we become and what we create.

• Valerie Aigboboh

  Valerie is a Grade 9 student inspired by how the brain works and how technology has carved a path in medicine, particularly neuroscience. During her free time she enjoys listening to music, crocheting, dancing, and reading books made by her role model Ben Carson. She also enjoys watching Korean dramas and Chinese dramas on Netflix. She hopes her talk educates people on how technology has impacted the world of neuroscience.
