• Jon Cobb

  Founder and CEO, Dynamic Leadership University

  Jon Cobb is a Marine Corps combat veteran, author, 4-time LinkedIn Top Voice for Leadership and Coaching, and a former Fellow at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership. After leaving the Marine Corps, Jon found himself homeless, unemployed, and alone. Armed with a deep sense of purpose, however, he went on to graduate from Harvard, launch his own consulting firm, and become a trusted advisor for some of the most-respected companies in the world. Now, Jon empowers leaders to align with their purpose and reach their full potential through Dynamic Leadership University, which he founded in 2020.

  Youth Speaker - Musician

  Class clown turned classical musician, Kevin Mecchella is a dynamic youth speaker who helps students make positive decisions and prioritize their mental health. Drawing on his experience as a former K–12 music teacher and professional musician, Kevin creates presentations that blend storytelling, humor, and authenticity to deeply connect with students. Kevin’s message is rooted in helping teens recognize their self-worth, develop resilience, and take ownership of their choices. His talks are known for their engaging delivery, emotional depth, and lasting impact on school communities. Kevin has worked with youth organizations and schools across the country, inspiring both students and educators alike. Beyond the stage, he develops content and workshops designed to extend the impact of his talks long after the assembly ends. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Hofstra University and completed his masters studies at the Royal Conservatory of Liège, Belgium.
