Chetan Raut
With an extraordinary portfolio of 18 world records in mosaic art, Chetan has created magnificent portraits of iconic figures including Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Sachin Tendulkar—all using recycled materials such as e-waste, old CDs, cassettes, electronic devices, stationery waste, clay lamps, and even push pins. His remarkable creations include the world's largest Ram Darbar made with 2 lakh clay lamps measuring 60 ft x 90 ft, and the world's largest Compact Disc Mosaic Portrait comprising 75,000 CDs spanning over 10,000 square feet. Recognized as the Genius Mosaic Artist of the Year 2023 and honored with the Genius Indian Achievers Award 2025, Chetan's work has captivated audiences nationwide. He has been featured on HistoryTV18's "OMG! Yeh Mera India" and Doordarshan Sahyadri's "Beyond Thoughts," bringing his message of sustainability and creativity to millions.
Kavita Dwibedi
As Director of Odissi Akademi and Founder Trustee of Sanchari Foundation in Delhi, she imparts training to young aspirants and has organized workshops and lecture-demonstrations on behalf of SPIC MACAY across India. Honored with the prestigious Odisha State Sangeet Natak Akademi Award, Sanjukta Panigrahi Award, and Mahila Shiromani Award among numerous other accolades, Kavita is empanelled with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in the "Outstanding" category and recognized as a "TOP" grade artist by Doordarshan.
