Celena Badran
I am a curious and thoughtful person who is interested in understanding what people feel but don’t always express. I want to explore what goes on beneath the surface, especially when it comes to young people and their emotions. In my TEDx talk, I focus on how silence can lead to harmful ways of coping, and how simply being heard can make a real difference. I am someone who finds peace in nature, loves animals, enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures, and expresses myself through cooking.
Elias Sawaya
I am a person who is driven by curiosity. I always try to learn more and expand my knowledge. I always try to figure out how different complicated mechanisms function, and how they were invented. In addition, I have an immense appreciation for adventure and nature. I hope to one day challenge my curiosity and adventurous spirit into scientific innovations.
Leo Tchennozian
Leo Tchennozian built a company in one of the hardest places in the world to build one. As the founder and CEO of Blend, an event management platform operating across the Middle East, he learned early that the conditions were never going to be perfect, the timing was never going to be right, and the easy path was never going to show up. So he stopped waiting for it. A mechanical engineering graduate from the American University of Beirut, Leo has spent years stress-testing a single idea: that the things most worth doing are hard precisely because they filter out everyone who isn’t serious. His talk, “Hard is the Filter,” is not a motivational story. It is an honest account of what happens when you go all in, hit the wall, and discover that the wall was never the end of the road.
Pascal Zoghbi
Based in Madrid, Pascal Zoghbi is a Lebanese type designer, educator, and the founder of 29Letters (29LT). A graduate of the Royal Academy of Art (KABK) in the Netherlands, Pascal is an international authority on contemporary Arabic typography and multi-script design. Since 2006, he has bridged cultures by transforming traditional scripts into innovative, high-quality typefaces, earning prestigious honors from the TDC, Granshan, and AIGA. Beyond his design practice, Pascal spent a decade teaching at top universities in Lebanon and the UAE and co-authored the book Arabic Graffiti. Today, his work focuses on a global approach, harmonizing Arabic with Latin and other world scripts to meet the needs of a multicultural era.
Sarah Fares
If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I don’t take life at the surface. I question, I reflect, I feel deeply. Every experience, every challenge, every moment has shaped me into someone who is still growing, still searching, still becoming. And maybe that’s who I am… someone in constant transformation.

Sasha Kairuz
People’s actions are often shaped by the struggles they go through. The experience of a family divorce highlights the emotional impact such situations can have. After the loss of a pet, shared grief becomes a turning point that slowly helps rebuild connection. Despite this, much of the pain remains hidden, especially in everyday environments like school. This shows how easily others are judged based only on visible behavior. In reality, every action has a deeper, unseen story behind it. The message encourages empathy and understanding before making judgments.
Serena Mouawad
Serena Mouawad is a young debater and speaker interested in identity and self-expression. Her experience in programs like the Model Arab League led her to question how much of who we are depends on being recognized by others. In her TEDx talk, she shares a personal moment of unexpected loss and how it changed her perspective on identity. She argues that who we are is built through effort and expression, not validation.
Tracy Najem
Tracy Najem is a cyberpsychologist exploring how technology is reshaping the human mind, identity, and behavior. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Cyberpsychology. Her work focuses on helping individuals and institutions understand and consciously navigate the psychological impact of AI, algorithms, and immersive technologies. Through research, education, and public speaking, she advocates for a future where humans remain in control of the systems they create.
Valentine Fadlallah
Valentine is a transformational therapist, master trainer, and speaker who guides individuals back to their most powerful resource: themselves. Blending therapeutic depth with intuitive insight, she challenges the belief that healing and change come from the outside, inviting people to reclaim their voice, their worth, and their inner authority. Her message is rooted in one powerful truth: what we once see as weakness can become our greatest strength when we choose to face it, own it, and rise through it. Through her journey of self-rescue and transformation, Valentine delivers a bold invitation, to stop waiting, start choosing oneself, and discover the power that has been there all along.
