TEDxYouth @ CNMS is a student-led platform designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and meaningful dialogue. Hosted by CNM School, this event brings together young speakers, performers, and changemakers who share fresh ideas and bold stories aligned with the theme Bridge the Gap. Through thought-provoking talks and engaging experiences, the event encourages participants to think differently, challenge barriers, and contribute to building a more connected and inclusive world.

  • Ashish Mehta

    Ashish Mehta is a passionate finance educator who has conducted multiple Investor Awareness Programmes, including sessions for Women BMC Officers and faculty at NM College. He has actively promoted experiential learning by organizing and hosting initiatives like the KVIC event through the DLLE unit, helping students explore marketing and exports under the NEP framework. Ashish also runs an ongoing professional learning series titled Financial Pathshala for personal finance enthusiasts. During his academic journey, he held several leadership roles, including Chairperson of Illusion Fest, Founding Chairperson of the NM Research Park, and President of both Intent and the Leadership Summit. Alongside his professional and leadership pursuits, Ashish is an accomplished tabla player pursuing Visharad from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal

  • Azbah Bazidpuri

    Azbah Bazidpuri is a versatile student with accomplishments across academics, writing, and co-curricular activities. She has secured top positions in multiple speech and poetry competitions, including first place at Bombay Scottish’s Perseverentia event. With the highest score in Psychology, she has also gained hands-on exposure through internships with Fortis Hospital and the NGO Mukkamaar. Azbah has contributed to the MUN newsletter, completed a robotics course, and built a working robotic device. She is also multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic.

  • Dhruvii Shroff

    Dhruvii Shroff is a multi-talented student known for her achievements in academics, performing arts, and sports. She earned Rank 2 in the International Mental Maths Competition by Maths Vision PTE Ltd. and has won several speaking and drama accolades, including Best Actor and Standout Performer in the Inter-house drama competition, along with representing CNM in the M.R. Pai Elocution contest. Dhruvii is also an active sportsperson, having represented the school in swimming, cricket, and basketball, and was named Emerging Player of the Tournament at the PDTSA Cricket Championship. She proudly participated in MSSA and the MI Inter-school competition and even featured in the official Mumbai Indians advertisement aired during the IPL.

  • Pranay Thakkar

    Pranay Thakkar is a globally driven young leader recognised for his work across research, leadership, and social impact. A Harvard HPAIR Scholar, he has represented India on an international platform and published research presented at the 2023 ICACTA Conference. He has served as Head of AIESEC Mumbai, earning the Asia Pacific Leadership Award, and founded the first Consulting Club in his college, securing a consulting pre-placement offer early. Pranay has also volunteered abroad as an English teacher, advocates for sustainable packaging within his family enterprise, and has been selected among the top 1% for JP Morgan’s College to Corporate Program. Alongside his academic and professional achievements, he holds a black belt in karate and has mentored over 30 students, reflecting his dedication both to excellence and community growth.

  • Reva Mishra

    Reva Mishra, the current Head Girl of CNM School, is a dynamic student known for her diverse achievements across academics, cultural activities, and sports. She has won multiple awards, including first place in Hindi story writing, Hindi drama, and the prestigious Jamnabai Cascade competition. Reva has also excelled in debating, impromptu speaking, dance, and recitation. Beyond academics, she has represented the school in basketball and relay events, securing several medals, and has developed strong technical skills with coding experience in Python and C++. Her curiosity and leadership extend to real-world initiatives as well — from interviewing an Army General to contributing to a soil research team working toward the welfare of Maharashtra’s gardens.

  • Yashvi Gangar

    Yashvi Gangar is a dedicated and versatile student with achievements spanning academics, languages, sports, and extracurricular leadership. She has completed the B2 level in Spanish with a 91.06% score in the DELE international exam and has earned recognition in Model UN, creative writing, and various inter-school competitions like Cascade and Perseverentia. Yashvi has also excelled in sports, securing first place at the district level in volleyball. Actively involved in initiatives beyond the classroom, she has interned and volunteered with NGOs, participated in JPMorgan’s job simulation programme, and has been a part of the Radio Jockey and Entrepreneurship clubs.
