  • Chinmay Krishna

    Student

Chinmay Krishna is an IB student at the International School of Düsseldorf with a passion for AI, marketing and entrepreneurship. His business initiative helped leading coaches/creators on Instagram scale to 7 figures in revenue. He has competed at state and national-level badminton tournaments, such as the German Ruhr U17 International and the S.Oliver Globus Cup. He has also been in the European Youth Parliament, advancing to national and international conferences. Chinmay shares how sports transform life: from being overlooked on the badminton court to building the discipline that built his journey. After losing 15kg in 2 months, he discovered that discipline was the key to turning ideas into impact. That mindset took him from personal transformation to helping businesses and creators achieve extraordinary growth. His story challenges the idea that young people need to wait for the perfect moment to succeed, and shows that observing reality and discipline make any idea unstoppable

  • Dániel Szontagh

    Student

I’m Dániel Szontagh, a current 12th grade student at the International School of Düsseldorf. Originally from Hungary, I have been in international schools my whole life, exploring and finding my passions. I have met new amazing people along the way that have inspired me to create, share, and express my ideas. I have a strong passion for everything technology related. Recently, as of 2021, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has taken the world by storm, and is at the core of one of my big passions. That's why for TEDx I plan to share and showcase some new and interesting ways of harnessing this technology for use in our daily lives, from studying to working on a project, whether it be a small task or a big one, AI is there to help! Possibilities with AI are ever expanding and are already changing the world in many ways. Join me and AI as we step into the future together — and explore practical AI solutions that turn ideas into impact.

  • Klaus Hoffmeister

    Consultant

I'm the kind of person who gets way too excited about solving puzzles, whether it's a messy process at work or figuring out why my coffee machine has decided to go on strike. I like getting to know people, and turning a problem into an opportunity. I think a good laugh can solve almost as much as a good plan – and best of all, you get both! I'm curious by nature, I'm resilient by practice, and I'm always a little restless if there's nothing to improve. We like to think of ourselves as rational and logical, carefully considering all the pros and cons before making a decision. But here's the thing: most of the time, your subconscious has already decided to go for it. In this talk, I'll take you on a fast, funny ride through the sneaky world of your inner autopilot, the part of your brain that decides in a heartbeat whether you trust someone, like a brand, or think pineapple belongs on pizza. Sometimes it's your best friend, sometimes it's your worst enemy, but it's always in charge.
