Immaterial World explores the invisible forces that shape our lives and the lives of all other beings who share the planet, as well as the growing value of intangible assets such as digital goods and cryptocurrencies. The theme invites reflection on the immaterial domains of language, culture and tradition, which have always been central to what defines us as human. It also encourages us to observe how our priorities evolve in a society driven by ambition and creativity, but also marked by dangerous and careless decisions. At this moment of transition, maintaining hope and optimism may seem like a human error or a miscalculation. Or it may be precisely what sets us apart. That almost poetic capacity to dream, as an act of faith, which allows us to imagine and create paths and worlds where nothing yet exists.
