Own Your Stage In every community, talents and potential abound, yet too often only a selected few take the lead, leaving others on the sidelines. "Own Your Stage" invites us to rethink this cycle by embracing inclusivity and empowering every student to step into their own spotlight. This theme challenges us to recognize and value diverse contributions, create opportunities for everyone to shine, and equip students with essential skills—from technical tools to effective collaboration. We desire a community where every voice is heard, every skill is nurtured, and every individual is confident in owning their stage. The idea is that everyone has a "stage" to own, whether it’s a lab, a classroom, a courtroom, a business pitch, or a theater, because everyone has a unique skill that can complement others, then we can create a stronger and more inclusive community.
