• Apoorv Devgan

  Deputy Commissioner of Mandi District, Government of Himachal Pradesh.

  Apoorv Devgan is the IAS District Magistrate of Mandi, Himachal Pradesh the very district where IIT Mandi is located. As a civil servant, he spearheads the 'Apna Pustakalaya' (Our Library) Mission, a grassroots initiative that has built multiple community libraries across Mandi district, bringing books and learning resources to children and youth in remote mountain communities. Driven by his own belief that "Books changed my life I want them to change many more," this mission is transforming how the youth of Himachal Pradesh access knowledge.

• Kanchan Todi

  Kanchan Todi is an artist, author, and social entrepreneur whose work examines the intersection of creativity, emotional resilience, and community engagement. Her practice positions art not merely as aesthetic expression, but as a structured medium for self- regulation, reflection, and inner transformation. Through her initiatives - Sua:Rang, a platform fostering artistic dialogue; Kuttir, which supports creative and rural enterprises through sustainable design; and The Kanchan Foundation, focused on education, women's welfare, and community upliftment, she integrates creative practice with measurable social impact. She is the author of Cosmic Imprints, a reflective exploration of how art, energy, and lived experience intersect to shape personal evolution. Her work consistently emphasizes the role of conscious creativity in navigating transition, cultivating resilience, and strengthening human connection.

• Kaushik Bar

  Co-Founder & CTO, Inxite Out, IIM Bangalore Gold Medalist

  Kaushik Bar is a seasoned technology leader with 18+ years of experience enabling data-driven decisions at Fortune 500 companies and startups across CPG, FinTech, Pharma, Semiconductor, and Oil & Gas sectors. He holds a US Patent in storage technology gained through his work at semiconductor giants AMD, Intel, and SanDisk and is an IIM Bangalore Gold Medalist. His Al solutions have been recognised by Mashable as among the best in tech. As Co- Founder and CTO of Inxite Out, he leads Al and ML thought leadership, guiding enterprises from pilot to production- grade Al at scale. He has built high-performance global Al teams and published applied research in data science.

• Mangu Singh

  Former Managing Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation

  Mangu Singh, a distinguished alumnus of IIT Roorkee, is widely recognised as the Metro Man of India. He serued as Managing Director of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), ouerseeing a network that today carries millions of commuters daily. He pioneered India's first successful Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project in the Railway Transportation sector a global first. His awards span the National Railway Week Award (1996), Engineer of the Year 2012 (IEI), Distinguished Alumni Award from IIT Roorkee (2016), National Academy of Indian Railway (2020), Sat Paul Mittal Award for Public Service (2017), and the Green Champion Award by the Indian Green Building Council. He is Founder President of the Tunneling Association of India and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India.
