Ankita Kaul
Ankita Kaul is a counsellor and the founder of Unfiltered Ladies, a growing community of women focused on emotional awareness and self-belief. Her work is rooted in her own experience of navigating career uncertainty and identity challenges. Trained in psychology, Ankita creates accessible conversations around gratitude, self-reflection, and emotional independence through content and community spaces. Since 2024, she has been building platforms where women can share experiences, learn from one another, and develop confidence rooted in self-understanding rather than external validation. Her focus is simple: helping women listen to their inner voice with clarity and courage.
Avni Sujit Thipse
Avni Thipse is a 14-year-old student speaker with a passion for creativity, dialogue, and innovation. A trained Kathak dancer, she values storytelling through movement while also pursuing yoga and pilates for balance and focus. Avni is an elocution competition winner and an active member of her school’s debate team, driven by a belief in the power of conversation to inspire change. Equally interested in technology, she explores editing and computer programming as tools for expression and problem-solving. Balancing tradition with modern thinking, Avni sees herself as a learner shaping ideas with curiosity and discipline.
Dr. Anjum Nazir Qureshi
Dr. Anjum Nazir Qureshi is an academic, author, and trainer with a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, rural development, and psychological counselling. An Assistant Professor in engineering, she believes education extends beyond textbooks to character, effort, and lifelong learning. Author of multiple books, research papers, and patents, she has contributed extensively to higher education and professional development. Recognised for her leadership and academic impact, Dr. Qureshi has conducted hundreds of learning programs globally. Dr. Namrata Singal Sawant is a senior breast and women’s imaging consultant radiologist with over 17 years of experience in diagnostic imaging. Director at Vcare Imaging Diagnostic Center, Mumbai, she specialises in mammography, MRI, high-resolution sonography, and image-guided procedures. A member of national radiology and breast imaging associations, she is actively involved in academic teaching, research, and public awareness initiatives. Passionate about early detection, Dr. Sawant works closely with communities and healthcare partners to promote informed screening practices, contributing to improved understanding of breast health and women’s diagnostics in India.
Dr. Nidhi Mithil Bhandare
Nidhi Mithil Bhandare is an educationist and author with over 28 years of experience in learning, leadership, and emotional well-being. She is the co-founder of MindLancer, promoting mental health awareness and reflective growth in educational spaces. Through her brand Nitraa, she guides individuals as a numerologist and tarot card reader, supporting clarity and self-understanding. She is the founder of Shiksha Netritva Samman, recognising educators who contribute meaningfully to society. Her writing explores inner reflection and human connection.
