Teacher Tong Jieqiong has a unique experience of breaking conventions. From Tsinghua University to Lanxiang Vocational School to study cooking, this seemingly "crazy" career transition has given her different insights into life choices. Taking her own story as a starting point, she puts forward the view that "life is a multiple-choice question without a standard answer", challenging people's inherent perception of "the right choice". She reveals the importance of breaking through social expectations and bravely pursuing one's true self, and has unique and profound insights into career transition and identity recognition.

Since the launch of the accessible film project, it has held more than 100 offline public welfare screenings, covering remote rural areas in provinces such as Qinghai and Shanxi. It has linked up with over 10,000 volunteers across the country and established strategic cooperation with more than 30 leading copyright holders including China Film Group and Huace Film & TV. The project has provided more than 8,000 episodes of accessible film and television works for people with disabilities, promoted the industry to establish standards for accessible content production, and injected strong impetus into the development of China's accessible film and television ecosystem.
