• Alexis Crews

  Alexis Camille Crews is a technology governance and democracy strategist who advises global technology companies, governments, and civil society on election integrity, surveillance, and the responsible use of AI. She has worked with organizations including Meta, Google, Accenture, and the Council on Foreign Relations, helping senior leaders design guardrails for technology in some of the world’s most politically sensitive and high-risk environments. Her work sits at the intersection of power, policy, and product strategy—focusing on how institutions can anticipate geopolitical risk, strengthen public trust, and protect democratic norms in an era of fragmented regulation.

• Aneri Pradhan

  Aneri Pradhan believes that a thriving, supportive environment for underrepresented entrepreneurs is essential for technological breakthroughs to succeed at scale. As a climate ecosystem builder, she frequently advocates for the role of women in climate action, leveraging their untapped potential to drive the solutions we need. As the founder of ENVenture, Africa's largest energy access accelerator, her organization has trained 200+ community-led businesses that have brought clean energy to over 150,000 people in rural Ugandan communities. She has been at the forefront of energy & climate startup acceleration with extensive experience building programs and coaching Founders across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Frustrated by the slow speed of adoption of proven climate technologies, she co-founded Klimatic Group which accelerates commercial deals between corporate buyers and sustainable technologies. • Anne Kjaer Bathel

  Anne Kjaer Bathel is the CEO and co-founder of ReDI School of Digital Integration, a vocational training program teaching programming and tech skills to refugees and marginalized people. Driven by the belief that technology is a catalyst for social change, Anne launched the school in 2015 in response to the refugee crisis. Today, ReDI has impacted over 30,000 people, empowering more than 7,000 adults and children annually, 60% of whom are women and girls. Before ReDI, Anne established the Berlin Peace Innovation Lab, associated with Stanford University, focusing on technology's role in measurable social change. Her deep commitment to social impact is rooted in her research on open social innovation, a background in corporate social responsibility, and an education from the KaosPilot. She has been recognized as one of Germany’s leading innovators, including being named Ashoka Fellow (2021) and German CIO of the Year “Digital Future” (2023).

• Apameh Schönauer

  Api Schönauer ist Architektin, Unternehmerin und Speakerin. Vor kurzem gründete sie ihr eigenes Unternehmen und engagiert sich für Empowerment, Integration und Diversität. • Asma Al Thani

  Sheikha Asma Al Thani is a Qatari mountaineer, explorer, and advocate for women in sport. She is the first Arab woman to complete the Explorers Grand Slam and is currently climbing all fourteen 8000 meter peaks. Off the mountain, she serves as the Director of Marketing and International Cooperation at the Qatar Olympic Committee and Vice President of the Gender Equity Commission at the Olympic Council of Asia. Her work focuses on expanding opportunities in sport, challenging misconceptions, and inspiring people to trust the unknown. She believes courage begins long before the summit, in the small decision to move.

• Chiara Cecchini

  Chiara leads Commercialization at Savor, where she focuses on scalable solutions for climate change through food. She’s passionate about bringing sustainable innovation to all 8 billion of us who eat. Previously CEO of Future Food Americas, Chiara worked with Fortune 500 companies to launch planet-friendly products and strategies that align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She's also a Partner at Future Food Institute and a Board Member at Food for Climate Leagues—two nonprofits focused on education, climate advocacy and behavior change for climate-beneficial food choices. Chiara lectures on sustainable business at San Francisco State University, writes for the World Economic Forum, and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe for Social Entrepreneurship. When she’s not building the future of food, she’s chasing her kids, baking bread, harvesting honey, or writing poems.

• Dana Al Fardan

  Dana Al Fardan is a leading Qatari composer, songwriter, and symphonic artist whose work seamlessly bridges the richness of Arab heritage with the sophistication of Western contemporary classical music. As Qatar’s first female contemporary composer to achieve international recognition, she has established herself as a cultural ambassador, using music as a medium to connect audiences across cultures. Her critically acclaimed musicals Broken Wings (West End, 2018) and Rumi: The Musical (London Coliseum, 2021) introduced Middle Eastern narratives to global theatre audiences, earning praise for their originality and depth. Dana's versatility extends to film scoring—with credits including Orca and The Necromancer—as well as cross-genre collaborations with international artists. Her latest orchestral album, Tempest, draws inspiration from Qatar’s maritime legacy, particularly the nation’s pearl-diving tradition. Premiered to a sold-out audience at the Katara Opera House with the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, Tempest reimagines cultural history through a contemporary orchestral lens, offering a compelling narrative that speaks to both heritage and innovation. Now available on global streaming platforms, Dana Al Fardan’s work continues to resonate worldwide. Her compositions stand as a testament to the power of music to preserve cultural identity while engaging in meaningful dialogue with the modern world.

• Daphne Hering

  Dr. Daphne Hering is an economist, transformational speaker, and entrepreneur whose work bridges research, leadership, and lived experience to reimagine how societies thrive in times of uncertainty and change. Her PhD on migrant entrepreneurship revealed how migration fuels opportunity recognition and drives innovation. As founder of Cyra Capital, she invests in migrant-founded tech startups shaping Europe’s future. Through her work, Daphne inspires leaders worldwide to see migration not as a crisis, but as the key to prosperity—and to a more peaceful, united world.

• Deborah Reber

  Debbie Reber is a parenting activist, bestselling author, and founder of Tilt Parenting, a global community for families raising neurodivergent children. When she launched Tilt in 2016, most conversations about neurodevelopmental differences focused on deficits and disorder. Debbie has been at the forefront of changing that narrative, championing a strengths-based approach that celebrates the potential of differently wired kids and reframes how society supports them. Debbie’s groundbreaking book Differently Wired is widely recommended by professionals in education and mental health, and her Full-Tilt Parenting Podcast, with more than 9 million downloads, features leading voices in parenting, education, and child development. An American based in Amsterdam with her husband and two cats, she is the parent of a neurodivergent young adult currently attending university in Scotland, giving her a personal stake in the movement she’s leading.

• Fatma Deniz

  Fatma Deniz is a neuroscientist and computer scientist shaped by a life across countries, disciplines, and communities. She is Vice President for Digitalization and Sustainability at TU Berlin and President-elect, set to assume office in April 2026. From 2026 to 2029, she is also an appointed member of the German Council for Sustainable Development. Bridging brain science and leadership, she brings the logic of the adaptive brain into everyday practice: listening deeply, building trust, and shaping environments where people can learn and thrive. Her work spans brain imaging, AI models, open science, and sustainable infrastructure. She believes that real change begins with people who stay curious, stay connected, and take one step at a time.

• Jasmin Taylor

  JASMIN TAYLOR Iranian-American-German Award-Winning Founder and Author In the mid-eighties, as bombs rained down over Iran and during the First Gulf War, a teenage girl named Jasmin made a life-altering choice: to run toward self-determined life, carrying nothing but hope and courage. Alone in Germany, she faced exile, learned a new language, and completed high school in Bonn. Driven by determination, she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology in the USA, graduating with honors. Since 1999, she has thrived as an entrepreneur and consultant in tourism, earning top honors including Travel Industry Manager of the Year. But Jasmin’s mission went beyond her own survival. Inspired by her journey of resilience, she founded Strong Independent Sisters, a non-profit helping refugee women learn German, gain qualifications, and secure employment — recognized with the Hatun Sürücü Prize. In 2023, her first book, IN THE NAME OF GOD – The Oppression of Women in Iran, exposed the hidden suffering of Iranian women under Sharia law, shocking the world into awareness. Today, Jasmin stands as a beacon of courage and resilience, a living testament to transforming fear into strength, pain into purpose, and adversity into empowerment.

  Léa Peersman is an MIT-trained executive and former global talent leader at Chanel, Galileo and OpenClassrooms, now the creator of the AMA podcast on Parenting in the Age of AI. She brings two decades of experience across luxury, education and technology to a single question: how do we raise humans while the world is being rewritten by AI — and why it matters for families, organizations and our shared future?

  Maud is a French documentary photographer whose work explores communities and cultural realities that are often hidden from view. Her photography explores the codes, values, and struggles that define belonging in minority groups. She has documented the quest for identity recognition among Native Americans, the world of Nigerian billionaires, facets of French identity, and the daily fight for emancipation by Saudi women. Her latest project examines the legacies of slavery through the lens of cotton in Alabama. Maud’s work has been featured in different media through the world. She is a finalist of the Women Photograph Grants 2024 and shortlisted IWPA Grant 2023, winner of Lens Culture Moment Vision 2025, and exhibited at the Sienna Awards festival 2025.

• Thaniya Keerepart

  Thaniya is a decision designer and product strategist, and the Founder & CEO of Sage Advisory, a private consultancy guiding leaders through complex growth and transformation. Over the past 20+ years, she's held leadership roles at Major League Baseball, TED, Patreon, National Geographic Learning, Metalabel, and The Athletic, taking each through various stages of rapid expansion. Born and raised in Thailand, and now based between Lisbon and Brooklyn, Thaniya explores how the choices we make can cultivate not only progress, but also wholeness-within ourselves and our communities.
