For the fist time in the modern history of Tajikistan, the Tajik audience will get an opportunity to hear splendid ideas of both local and international successful people. Starving for fresh ideas and inspirational life stories, Tajik people would have a great exposure into the key strategies for attaining success as our speakers will share their experience. Prominent and successful speakers would share their leadership experience with tajik people encouraging them to take an active part in their home community development. Our speakers will adjust their speeches according to three key focuses, First, sharing their own experience the speakers will tell about their pursuit for success emphasizing the crucial role of perseverance on the way towards success. Second again recalling their own experience the speakers will deliver several inspirational speeches encouraging the audience to take an active part in the development of their home community. And finally, the speakers would discuss some possible strategies for developing both social and economical fields of Tajikistan. As a result of our event, the tajik audience would have a great exposure into the world of innovative ideas. Moreover, inspired by the speakers they would become highly motivated to make a positive change in home community. The benefit is expected to be mutual as the speakers would learn more about tajik cultural and social trends. In addition to the event we are planning on organizing special tours for the speakers so that would learn more about Tajik culture and history.
