Ripple Effects

Took placeJune 27, 2026
LocationMississauga, Ontario, Canada
FormatStandard
The idea that little, deliberate efforts can result in significant and far-reaching consequences is the foundation of the Ripple Effects theme. We'll explore the interconnectedness of change at TEDxMississauga 2026, showing how one act of kindness, one creative spark, or one moment of tenacity can set off a series of events that transform people, communities, and even the entire planet. There is more to this event than merely a set of presentations. It provides a forum for investigating how our choices and deeds, no matter how minor, fit into a wider network of influence. The show is designed to shed light on how decisions and acts, whether in the fields of science, art, technology, or social innovation, can have a cascading influence.
