Dr. Obioma Elemba is a seasoned finance professional and accomplished banker with over 23 years of experience spanning human capital development, business relationship and management. As an accomplished banker, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across retail, public sector, commercial, and corporate banking. Dr. Obioma holds a Ph.D., M.Sc., and MBA degrees in Finance, with a specialization in personal banking, wealth creation, and asset management. He is also skilled in negotiation and strategic planning, bringing a pragmatic and results-driven approach to every endeavor. A proud Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCON), Dr. Obioma is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and an associate member of the National Institute of Banking of Nigeria.
