• Aryan Ravuri

  Aryan believes every idea has the power to spark something bigger — a connection, a conversation, or even a movement. Whether sketching, curating playlists, or exploring economic trends, he approaches life with the same excitement he feels when discovering a new artist. His work with startups has nurtured his interest in entrepreneurship, and he hopes to one day create something that makes a difference. When he’s not chasing ideas, you’ll find him cheering for RCB, getting lost in music, or simply being there when someone needs to talk. For Aryan, whether through music, art, or ideas, it’s all about searching for those little sparks of inspiration.

  This speech explores the theme of interconnectedness from both macrocosmic and microcosmic perspectives, highlighting how emotional and physical separation has fragmented the human experience. It emphasizes the importance of reconnection through shared human truths, meaningful connections, and the pursuit of authentic expression, particularly through art.

• Ishita Karuturi

  Have you ever said “yes” when you really wanted to say “no”? Society teaches us that being nice keeps the peace—but at what cost? In this thought-provoking talk, Ishita Karuturi explores how prioritizing niceness over honesty can stifle our voices, weaken our boundaries, and hold us back from meaningful impact. Through personal stories, research, and real-world examples, she makes the case for shifting from niceness to true kindness—one rooted in honesty, integrity, and constructive disagreement.

• Katre Okan

  Katre Okan is an IBDP 2 student at the International School of Hyderabad, studying History, English Language & Literature, and Math AI at Higher Level. Having lived across India, South Korea, Greece, and Turkey, she has developed a deep interest in politics and art. In this talk, she challenges the notion that language defines connection, arguing that true communication happens through shared human moments, energy and unspoken understanding. "What if the most meaningful conversations in your life weren’t spoken at all?" she asks.

• Lasya Penumalli

  Lasya Penumalli is an IBDP Year 1 student studying Mathematics, Physics, and Economics at the Higher Level. If you know Lasya, you know how much she loves taking the stage and inspiring thought-provoking conversations. When she’s not performing on stage, you can find her listening to music, spending time with friends, or staying impressively on top of her deadlines. She is honoured to be a part of this year’s edition of TEDxISH and cannot wait to share her insights with all of you!

• Pranav Garimella

  Pranav Garimella is a DP 1 Student at the International School of Hyderabad, taking Physics, Economics and Math at a higher level. Other than his passion for Computer Science, and Finance, Pranav spends most of his time cooking random late night snacks or playing football and basketball with his friends. Pranav is going to share segments of his own personal story aiming to evoke a powerful message, hopefully causing the audience to keep the conversation going.

• Sai Prasad Vishwanathan

  Sai Prasad Vishwanathan is a gold medalist from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, and a business degree from ISB Hyderabad. He was the first Indian with a disability to skydive from 14,000 feet and the first Asian with a disability to join the prestigious Antarctic Youth Ambassador Program. As the co-founder of Sahasra, a scholarship initiative for underprivileged students, he has worked to improve accessibility and create opportunities for people with disabilities.

• Simritha Paruchuri

  Simi is a 9th grade IGCSE student at the International School of Hyderabad. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, coding and playing sports. Simi highlights the increasing danger posed by AI-generated deepfakes, which alter sound and video to provide false information. She skillfully emphasizes the risks these represent to individual safety, disinformation, and public confidence, calling for greater knowledge, legislation, and technology advancements to address this new security issue.

• Siri Katikaneni

  Siri Katikaneni is an IBDP year 1 student studying Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science at the Higher Level. When she’s not at school with her friends, she’s probably on call with them all day, ordering food, or crying over a math problem. With a love for public speaking and having meaningful conversations, she's grateful for the opportunity to take the stage and speak on the importance of keeping the conversation going, hoping it’s one the audience will carry forward.

• Tarini Swaroop

  Tarini Swaroop is an IBDP student at Oakridge International School, Gachibowli taking Computer Science, Psychology and Math at a higher level. A keen believer in the power of interdisciplinary learning, she’s combined her varied interests into a passion to pursue Computational Cognitive Science in the future. Although you may find her fangirling over her pretty notes in school, she now indulges most of her time in her latest hobbies - formula 1 races and dorm room shopping. She hopes to bring fresh insights and thought-provoking ideas to the TEDx stage, inspiring the audience to keep the conversation going

• Vishnu Nemala

  Vishnu is a ninth-grade IGCSE student at the International School of Hyderabad who currently studies the courses: Math, Computer Science, and Chemistry. Vishnu spends the most of his time with friends playing sports and video games. His presentation highlights the significance of examining how excessive digital stimulation damaging concentration, creativity, and critical thinking—as well as if we could escape the dopamine trap.
