• Nikita Asnani

  Humanitarian Engineer, Activist, Story Book Author

  Nikita Asnani is a design thinking researcher, facilitator, and children's book author based in London, originally from Dubai. With a deep passion for creativity, inclusion, and sustainability, Nikita uses storytelling to explore these themes in fun, accessible ways. She believes in the power of young minds to think creatively and approach problem-solving with confidence. Through her work, Nikita inspires both children and adults to embrace their ideas and find joy in creative exploration, regardless of size or complexity.

• Noor Slaoui

  First Mena Olympic Equestrian in training

  Noor Slaoui is a Moroccan Equestrian athlete, Olympian and trailblazer in the sport of Three Day Eventing. A graduate of the University of Warwick, where she studied Politics and International relations, Noor is the first rider from Middle East and North Africa to represent the region in Eventing at the Olympics, competing at Paris 2024. Her equestrian journey began unconventionally - riding mules through the rugged Atlas mountains of Morocco at the age of four. This unique start nurtured her deep connections with equines and the outdoors, eventually leading her to pursue a professional career in eventing. Fuelled with passion and determination, Noor balances the challenges of International competition with her mission to inspire young athletes, especially those from under represented regions.

• Tier Blundell

  Advocate, Writer, Education Specialist

  Tier Blundell is an inspiring speaker, educator, and the founder of Excluded From School, a nonprofit organisation advocating for students who have been marginalised by the education system. With a powerful personal journey marked by early school exclusion, ADHD, and societal challenges, Tier defied expectations to achieve academic success, ultimately earning a PhD from the University of Oxford - the first known person from a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) to do so. Tier's story is a testament to resilience, the transformative power of belief, and the importance of never writing anyone off. Through his talks, he shines a light on the systemic barriers faced by excluded students and offers a passionate call for equity, inclusion, and hope. Tier engages audiences with his raw authenticity, lived experience, and a vision for a world where every child is given the chance to thrive.
