The theme of our event, “Spark”, may seem like a small glimmer, but it is the harbinger of big changes; the beginning of a big fire waiting to grow with the right motivation. In this context, a spark symbolizes the potential, ideas, talents or passions within a person that are waiting to be discovered. The spark can be a thought, a moment of inspiration or a genuine curiosity. This small movement is the starting point for big changes. Sometimes this starting point is individual, in the form of decisions in one's career journey or steps in personal development. Just as small events can lead to a big revelation, within each individual there are sparks waiting to turn into big changes in the future. With motivation from the individual, the spark can turn into a big impact in their life and in the world. A spark is a symbol of potential. When people recognize the spark within themselves and ignite it, these sparks can turn into new ideas or lifestyles. These transformations created by the spark sometimes have a social impact. A small breakthrough by one person can shape the destiny of a society. The spark symbolizes the small but powerful potential within each individual. We aim to show that this potential can be transformed into reality by guiding people through the process of discovering and using the power of their spark.
