• Balázs Dániel

  The ambassador of boogie woogie in Hungary, Balázs is not only successful at home but is also a regular performer at prestigious boogie woogie and blues festivals abroad. With his unique style, creative ideas, and virtuosic performance, he brings fresh energy to the world of boogie woogie. His concerts also offer the audience a taste of blues, stride, and New Orleans jazz compositions.

• Balázs Stumpf-Biró

  Balázs Stumpf-Biró is the co-founder of the Cassandra Program, which identifies the impacts of climate change and supports the process of adaptation. He is the Hungarian representative of the Deep Adaptation movement, which emphasizes the importance of mental preparedness, and the creator of the Betyáros Világ podcast, which aims to raise awareness and shape perspectives. He also researches the unfolding of the global polycrisis phenomenon at the Doctoral School of Environmental Sciences at the University of Pannonia.

• Bence Sipka

  As a child, Bence was always enchanted by the world of science fiction novels. He never imagined that elements from those reading experiences would come to life within his own lifetime. He was fascinated by the possibilities of holograms, robots, and space travel. But he was even more intrigued by how people would behave in such a transformed technological environment—what dilemmas they would face and what decisions they would make. This led him to found the LifeTech Balance Center, to support anyone seeking to build a healthy relationship with technology in their lives. As a psychologist, his goal is to ensure that technology truly serves human growth and fulfillment.

• Csilla Csillag-Csatlós

  Feleség, két gyermek anyja, coach. Vidéki lány, budapesti karrierkanyarral, majd vissza vidékre, Bázakerettyére. Tanárként kezdte a pályáját, de rendszerbe illeszthetetlen elemnek bizonyult. Nem bírta a dobozokat, a felesleges kategorizálást, az értelmetlen dolgokat. Harminc éve már élményalapú oktatást szeretett volna, de akkoriban a közoktatás nem volt erre nyitott. Válságmenedzserként és követeléskezelőként ki tudta használni a képességét a másképp gondolkodásra. A munka világában a legfontosabb lépése az volt, hogy topmenedzseri munkája mellett elvégezte az ICF coachképzést, majd felhagyott a menedzseri szereppel – éppen akkor, amikor a Forbes topmenedzserként írt róla. Két évtizednyi cégvezetés után EBITDA és projekttervek helyett kizárólag emberekkel kezdett foglalkozni. Könyvet írt, amelyet sorvezetőnek szánt azoknak, akik nem tudták megfizetni a coach óradíjakat. Coachként vezetők és csapatok krízishelyzeteivel, kiégéssel és az egyensúlyok megteremtésével foglalkozik. A munkafolyamataiban a saját, kidolgozott módszereivel szintén „out of the box” kategóriában marad – de így lehet igazán önmaga.

• Erzsébet Némedi

  Erzsébet’s career began when she was just a young child, taken for the first time by her father into a confectionery factory. She was enchanted by the clatter of the machines, the heat of the ovens, and the sweet, aromatic scents of the products. At the same time, she also saw that producing safe, consistent products required many additives, generated unnecessary waste in the system, and that human health was hardly a consideration in the industry back then. When she earned her degrees in food engineering and biotechnology, she still didn’t feel prepared enough for the kind of paradigm shift she believed was needed. She focused on accumulating experience, gathering diverse perspectives, and never followed the mainstream—whether as a researcher, a manager at a multinational company, or when she founded Hungary’s first multidisciplinary agency for food science and nutrition research and development. They began introducing a new way of thinking into manufacturing facilities, working with experts who proposed complex solutions to complex problems. They transferred best practices across industries and developed high-quality, premium, and delicious products that few dared to undertake. They investigated hard-to-detect spoilage processes and resolved complicated food law issues. Her recommendations carried weight, and clients turned to them when they needed contract manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, or new company strategies. She became the kind of problem-solver for this beautiful industry that she had always wanted to be—backed by a doctoral dissertation, an international career, and countless trainings, lectures, articles, and case studies. She believes that deep knowledge, continuous renewal, the integration of sciences and experience, and innovations that truly serve our world can help bring about a time when we can produce nourishing food from far more diverse ingredients, with great flavors and without waste. Whether we will be motivated enough to achieve this—and to create a fairer distribution of resources before critical global tipping points—is a much harder question.

• György Kárpáti

  György is a habilitated university lecturer with lifelong and deeply rooted ties to film, dating back to his childhood. Over the decades, he progressed from watching films to teaching and making them, while also running a cinema, writing film reviews, and distributing films. As the producer of 'Gone Running', he and his team aimed to prove several things – and judging by the 720,000 viewers and the awards the film received, they largely succeeded. Gone Running became the second most-watched Hungarian film produced after 1990.

• Karola Xenia Kassai

  Karola is an innovation and technology lawyer, tech investor, and entrepreneur who is passionate about challenging the legal industry and reshaping how people think about lawyers—and how lawyers themselves think. This passion led her to found KassaiLaw in 2012, the EU's first-ever virtual law firm specialising in advising companies engaged in the newest technologies. She believes the global tech world needs borderless, internationally experienced legal professionals who work with a completely new mindset and skillset—something previously unknown in the legal profession. These new competencies must be built on a fusion of business, law, and technology contexts with a global perspective, rather than being territory-based with only local legal aspects. Technology doesn’t believe in borders, and neither does KassaiLaw.
