  My name is Adilkhan Kenpeilov, I am a first-year student in ALWIUT. I am a 15-year-old with a passion for public speaking and a drive to make a difference in the world. I am excited to introduce myself as an aspiring economics major who believes that effective communication is key to inspiring change. Through my experiences in various speaking competitions, I have learned the power of words and how they can make a positive impact on society. I am eager to share my insights and ideas with the TEDx community and contribute to the rich dialogue of thinkers and innovators.

  I am an aspiring 16-year-old, originally from Fergana. I am a junior year student at the academic lyceum of WIUT. I am fluent both in Uzbek and English , and I am currently learning Russian. I am interested in math, pysics, finance, economics, politics, international relations. I really like meeting new people, hearing about their experiences.

• Dilbar Umarova

  HR brand manager at Uzum

  Dilbar Umarova is HR Brand Manager at Uzum, DAAD Scholar. She pursued her Bachelors at Westminster International University in Tashkent and won DAAD Scholarship to get her Master degree at Berlin School of Economics and Law. Also, she had an internship at Amazon Logistics in Berlin. She is keen to promote eco friendly lifestyle and women empowerment in Uzbekistan. Loves traveling and playing tennis. She has a dream of exploring over 100 countries (21/100 done🙂).

  I am Xadicha, 20 years old, 4th year medical student. Uzbek is my native language and I speak in Russian and English fluently. I think I am a person who is determined and hardworking. I can stand up for myself and never let some social norms to get in my way towards my great desires. Probably study a lot and love exploring anything new.

  I am Madina, a junior at the British school of Tashkent. I’m only 16, yet I’m a dreamer; a visionary. With my dream of becoming an English Literature student and the skills I have while on stage, either performing or speaking; I crave to make the world a better place through the power of words and their influence. Writing, reading and the arts are my biggest passion, and had lead me through the journey of becoming a speaker for TedX, which I am grateful for. Furthermore, I’m very into music, i feel at peace with my guitar or bass at hand. Overall, it seems like the world needs people like us, the new generation to speak for our rights and our power to save the environment and the world itself.
