  Saakshar Duggal, as part of Cyberlaw University delegation, was invited to participate and attend the (18th meeting) First session of United Nations Ad Hoc Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies for Criminal Purposes, on the elements and inputs that need to be incorporated in the proposed International Convention to prevent the misuse of Information & Communication Technologies for criminal purposes. He is the Coordinator of Center Against Cyber Bullying (CACB).

  Sougata Bhattacharjee is a Senior Staff Engineer/Manager for Samsung Semiconductor India Research (SSIR) and is based in Bangalore where he specializes in the field of VLSI related to Integrated Circuit(IC) and Chip design and Verification. His expertise spans multiple domains in VLSI like RTL design, and ASIC Verification, and he also has profound knowledge in the field of Blockchain. He has 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor domain and has previously worked in organizations like Intel. He published and presented several papers at International Conferences like DAC, DVCON, and CDNLIVE on VLSI-related topics which are well-known and prestigious International Conferences. He also drives "Innovation" within his company and has helped people with their queries and introduced novel methods for increasing productivity within the projects. He holds an M.Tech degree in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani and also has a PG Diploma from CDAC in VLSI.
