  • Jahnavi Gurjer

    Jahnavi Gurjer Co-founder & Principal Consultant Jahnavi Gurjer is the co-founder of Vital Signs Advisory and Management WorksLLP, an applied behavioral science led consultancy firm. She is a proactive changeagent who uses her expertise in understanding human behavior at the workplaceto achieve business results. Jahnavi is a certified OD practitioner and leadconsultant for both people and business transformations. She is also a highlyexperienced leadership coach having more than 2500 hours of executive coachingexperience across multiple industry sectors. Jahnavi has been a successful facilitator in enabling career change transitions anddirecting employees’ journey of change. Her expertise in Behavioural Science hasempowered her to guide several executive leaders towards a future that unlockstheir full potential and identify opportunities that are vital for their personal andprofessional growth. Jahnavi possesses the talent of giving her clients newfoundperspectives by helping them to see long-term visions and recognize the missionstatement they want to lead their life with. Some of Jahnavi’s clients includeRaymond, Curefoods, TCPL, Health&Glow, PWC, ITC, Lego etc.In addition, Jahnavi has recently become a podcast host and speaker on thepodcast series ‘ClariTea’ where she has explored the topics of Stonewalling andthe Rhythm of Success. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey at Vital Signs Consults, Jahnavi was thegeneral manager of Human Resources India, Head of Talent Management APAC forTimken and Head of Organizational Development at Volvo. In these roles, she waspivotal in leading the transformation of people processes in alignment with thebusiness and strategic needs of the organizations. She also supports communitydevelopment and conducts pro-bono group coaching sessions for post-graduatestudents hailing from challenging socio-economic groups so as to help them buildskills for decision-making and future employment
