A modern and quality education is the cornerstone of any country's competitiveness and a vital component of the new urban environment. In post-industrial societies, the nature and technology of education are fundamentally changing. New directions such as lifelong learning, edutainment, and non-degree education are beginning to emerge in modern society. Compared to before, there does not seem to be much of a difference between tertiary education and public education. It seems that the library of the future cannot be imagined without the function of lifelong education. Traditionally, the institution has established itself as a place of enlightenment and public education, helping people fill the mentally occurring gaps. However, existing techniques for acquiring knowledge have proven ineffective and outdated. Here are the problems that occur: How do you create a new concurrent informal education center? Can higher education and public education be integrated? What will new educational approaches look like? Can social media contribute to this process?
