• Art Claas van der Heide

  Art Claas van der Heide is an army officer turned into a mindset based performance coach. His mission is to provide world class holistic coaching to optimize the human body and mind and deliver the „why“ behind the coaching to forge his clients into a thinking athlete and enable them to take ownership of their performance for the rest of their life.

• Merle Fairhurst

  Neuroscientist and mother

  Multilingual, international, and interdisciplinary researcher interested in how we understand the world and others in it through our many senses. Merle works at the cross-section of cognitive neuroscience and philosophy of mind while making use of exciting new technology (AI, mobile apps and Virtual reality). As well as a cognitive neuroscientist, she is also a mother of five and actively promote other women in science. She has published in high impact peer-reviewed journals but is equally committed to open science and clear science communication.

• Niclas Lehnert

  Perseverant entrepreneur

  Niclas has experience in finance and banking and an MBA. After his studies he founded Bavertis and is now Co-CEO & CFO of the company, which deals with a new type of power electronics for energy storage systems. This can be used for a variety of applications, such as electric vehicles or mobile charging stations. Niclas' interest are also innovation, mobility and sharing his knowledge on the community.

• Nicola Winter

  Fighter Pilot

  Nicola was an officer and a fighter pilot in the German Air Force for almost 14 years and the second woman to fly fighters in Germany. While she flew Tornados and Eurofighters, she acquired a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Aero-, Astrospace Engineering entirely through distance education. She left the Air Force as a major and has become a parent since while now pursuing her PhD in Space Science.

• Rudy Milani

  Mathematician and creative thinker

  PhD student in Reinforcement Learning (Artificial Intelligence), Master degree in Mathematics and Applications and Excellence degree from the School of Advanced Studies Carlo Urbani (Camerino, Italy). Rudy has plenty of experience in Machine Learning and bio-informatics and is passionate about Maths since the early age of 5, when he used to make calculations of home bills with his grandma.
