What does Limitless mean? And why do we put it in the center of a TEDxKoenigsallee event? If you look for synonyms for limitless, you will find expressions like infinite, immeasurable, unfathomable, bottomless, indeterminate, eternal, or even incomprehensible. Doesn't that sound like the term is as hard to define as the objects it would describe? It is the ambivalence that fascinates us. It simultaneously describes the ambiguity of our world and the divergence - even the opposition - of the seemingly endless possibilities from which we can choose. We want to explore some of the many facets of what limitless means to us, our society, and the world we live in. Join us as we explore this in July. Welcome on board. Let's start off to new horizons. We always have to expect the unexpected, right? But this year, however, we feel cheated. Corona reality won't allow us to gather our loyal Düsseldorf TEDxKoenigsallee community and have an event at yet another beautiful venue. We have to accept that - for the moment - and are therefore preparing a virtual version of our TEDx conference, but one that will offer as much opportunity to share and network as possible. This can't and won't be the same as a classic event. But let's just make the most of it and focus on the inspiring speakers on their virtual stage. Talkd will be in English and German.
