Ishita Pai Raikar

Ishita is a 17-year old student at Dover Court International School. She has always been intrigued about the happenings around the world and is passionate about serving the wider community. She strongly advocates to bring about change in the world and strives towards empowering youth through her initiative GlobeUplift. She believes the key to improving young growing mindsets in order to trigger actions and reflections in the future is learning to thrive in our ever-evolving world. She acknowledges uncertainties in her life and shares few insights to thrive in our ever complex and uncertain world- more precisely the VUCA world.
Junhan Chong

Junhan Chong is a 17 year old student in Dover Court International School. At a young age he had to make a decision that in the short term would affect him greatly. However he chose to step out of his comfort zone and move to a country with a mother tongue completely different from his. Shravana Karthikeyan is a 17 year old student at Dover Court International. Like many teenagers her age, Shravana too experiences times of stress, which lead her to identify what it is that may increase or decrease our stress. Through a fascinating TEDxTalk Shravana brings to light how the choices we make in the present may effect us in the future, and why one shouldn't dismiss negative feelings but welcomed.

Thanh-Lan is a 16 year old student at Dover Court International School. As a student, Thanh-Lan is constantly faced with the difficulty of choosing, especially since at this stage in life it almost feels like every step you take will define your future. However with so many choices and so many opportunities to learn and develop opinions, what is really considered moral? Thanh-Lan explains in a gripping speech comparing subjectivity to objectivity.
