The world is facing many challenges, but current approaches aren't producing the desired results. Now is the moment to consider and adopt new tactics. TEDxGrosseto will play host to paradigm-shifting ideas for recognising what needs to be fixed and how to fix it, globally. Speakers must be able to talk entertainingly and succinctly about a specific proposal relative to a clear question in the field of democratic governance, climate change, water resources, mass immigration, pandemics or what the audience may consider important for the only planet we've got. The ideas must be well-reasoned and thought-provoking, and if they are inspiring and worth spreading all the better. Il mondo sta affrontando molte sfide, ma gli approcci attuali non stanno producendo i risultati desiderati. Ora è il momento di considerare e adottare nuove tattiche. TEDxGrosseto ospiterà idee che scuotono i paradigmi, per riconoscere cosa va riparata e come ripararla, globalmente. I relatori devono sapere parlare avvincentemente e sinteticamente di una proposta specifica, relativa a un problema chiaro nella sfera di governance democratica, cambiamento climatico, risorse idriche, immigrazione di massa, pandemie o quello che la platea può credere importante per il solo pianeta abbiamo. Le idee devono essere ben-ragionate e stimolanti, anche meglio se ispiratori e degne di essere diffuse.
