• Abhinay Bhasin

  A post graduate in Economics, from top ranking University of Warwick (UK) with a passion for Consumer Behaviour Understanding, Abhinay has been an instrumental force in driving the vision of the Data Sciences division of the Dentsu Aegis Network in South Asia as one of its founding employees. He has won numerous industry awards recognizing top talent in the region such as the Impact 30 under 30, the Social Samosa Top 30 Under 30, Leaders of Tomorrow and was even featured in this year's Forbes 30 Under 30. He was Asia's sole nominee for New Talent in UK's prestigious DataIQ Awards last year. Additionally, he drives his passion for creating a more inclusive society as part of his role as Founder-Member in the Youth Council of Kindness Unlimited - India's Apex Body for Kindness.

• Anil Joshi

  Anil is a business technocrat with 20 years of experience in IT, Product Development,Business Consulting and the Offshoring Industry. Starting his career in HCL Technologies Anil went on to create a startup and then worked with top business consulting companies. During his stint at McKinsey, he was a founding member of McKinsey Solution Office,heading service operations in India. Currently Anil is working with BCG and setting up BCG Omnia. He is an alumnus of Delhi University where he was a Bronze Medalist in B.Sc. Maths and also an alumnus of JNU where he did his Masters in Computer Applications.

• Harsh Johari

  Harsh has 24 years of diverse professional experience in across shipping and financial services industries. He is passionate about training and coaching people and helping them achieve their dreams and reach their potential. His previous roles include Captain of merchant ships and Vice-President (Operations Senior Leader) with Goldman Sachs, Bengaluru, India. His focus areas include Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, Lateral Hire Integration & Career Transition Programs. He is a Certified Intelligent Leadership (IL) Coach, trained directly by John Mattone, world’s leading executive coach and former coach of Steve Jobs. Harsh received his graduate degree in Nautical Sciences from University of Mumbai, India and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, India. He received his Captain’s license from Shipping Ministry, Govt of India. During his shipping career, he has been an advanced fire fighter, a medical practitioner and an expert in survival & rescue.

• Harsh Kedia

  Harsh currently runs a digital agency called Brand 'n' Butter as CEO, head marketing for an online luxury lifestyle brand called My Mooch as Chief Marketing Officer. He has consulted/worked with digital marketing of over 20 brands. His major work revolves around Content writing, Strategy designing and Brand building. These brands have ranged from a variety of Education, Food and Beverage, Lounge/Bar, Medicine brands, Leadership Coaching, Modelling Agencies and many others. He also founded/co-founded 4 start-ups and been a part of board members of 1 prominent business in the past. He speaks on a variety of topics such as Food, Fashion Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business communications, Economics, Public Speaking, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Feminism, Motivation and Story Telling.

• Manish Kumar Tyagi

  Manish, or The Knotty Commander as he is also known, used to be a Commander in the Indian Navy before he decided to become a Stand Up Comedian in 2014. Since then, he has garnered over 150 thousand followers on social media and has more than 2.5 million views on his performances. He has performed at shows nationwide & has spoken at Josh Talks, multiple TEDx conclaves. Additionally, he is an aspiring model & actor having done ads & web-series.

• Samir Kapoor

  Samir Kapoor obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, and returned to his Alma Mater to obtain his PhD in Management (Human Resources). After working in HR initially, he co-founded & is the Director Strategy & Corporate Relations of Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence (MILE). In 2015, Dr Samir Kapoor co-founded MultiFit Wellness, and is the current Managing Director there.

• Sauraj Jhingan

  Sauraj Jhingan is an alumnus of Symbiosis International University. He's a qualified mountaineer from the prestigious Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, a trained lifeguard from the Royal Life Saving Society, Australia, & certified skydiver of the Indian Parachuting Federation. Besides his national achievements, Sauraj has tremendous international climbing experience, having scaled the highest peak in Europe - Mt. Elbrus in Russia (twice), the highest peak in Africa - Mt. Kilimanjaro (twice), a one day speed ascent of the highest peak in the French Alps - Mt. Blanc, and conquered the summit of the highest peak in the world - Mt. Everest in 2018.

• Surmai Kaushik

  Surmai is a 26 year old & the only one to have represented Mahindra Group in the Antarctic continent with Robert Swan - the first man to have walked to both poles. Her childhood as a Navy kid instilled in her a sense of adventure & love for travel. She leads CSR at Mahindra Susten. Her areas of expertise are Climate Change, Glacier Hydrology, Climate Policy, Wildlife, Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility. Her memorable adventures include working on Snow Leopards in Nanda Devi Biosphere, studying energy balance at Kolajoi Glacier in Kashmir & diving into sub-zero waters of Antarctica.

• Yash Tiwari

  He is a young published novelist, motivational speaker and youth mentor, with his internationally acclaimed debut novel "A Celebration in Tribulation" written at age 16. He frequently delivers sessions and talks in colleges and schools and is working at MyCaptain as a mentor, a company that is associated with The Climbers and is UN recognized. He has been awarded "Top 100 Inspiring Authors Of India" by The Indian Awaz, nominated for "Author Of The Year" award by NE8x and also awarded with Global Young Leader Fellowship and TCC REX Karamveer Chakra Award by iCOGNO in association with the UN.
