• Dr. Ruby Cain

  Dr. Ruby Cain is Assistant Professor, Adult & Community Education and Academic Advisor for two graduate programs in the Department of Educational Studies, Ball State University. She is also President & CEO, Creative Training Excellence. She has more than 15 years experience in researching and developing/conducted cultural awareness and proficiency workshops.

• Randi Lincoln

  Randi Lincoln: former L & D Nurse of 15 years, now 18 time free car earning Sr. Sales Director with Mary Kay has survived cancer 4 times...starting when she was 14. Her journey has given her a new outlook on life, people and how to live each minute of each day differently...and she shows others how to live differntly along the way! She is a motivational speaker and life coach who teaches and empowers other women to live their dream life NOW!

• Jason Minich

  Jason is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant, Writer, and Speaker from the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. As the Founder and Team Leader of Catalyst Fitness, Fit Club Online, host of The Smart Fitness Show, The Smart Fitness Minute, Fitness Consultant for EimerGroup.com. In addition to a degree from Taylor University in Exercise Science, an American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer Certification, sports conditioning training, and flexibility specialties, Jason has received extensive additional training in the human metabolism and fat loss. He was also voted as a Top 10 Finalist for the 2009 PFP Trainer of the Year award out of personal trainers from all of North America. His seminars and radio programs have been labeled “refreshing”, “powerful”, and “empowering.”

• Jamal Robinson

  Jamal Robinson is an entrepreneur who has developed such companies as Desiar Eyewear and Novis brand cell phone watches. Having the opportunity to design a clothing line for a company in Florida, he got his first taste of business. Robinson pursued his business interests and left Florida to return to Fort Wayne, Indiana. In 2007, Robinson began speaking to students at area high schools about following their dream. After speaking for several years, in 2010 Robinson founded the non-profit organization, Believe In A Dream, Inc. The thought that every child has a dream has lead to the formation of the organization as it stands today. Robinson is also a founding member of A Better Fort Charitable Organization.

• Jane Rich

  Jane Rich is the regional director of the Northeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (NEISBDC). Prior to becoming the director, she was a full time business advisor at the NEISBDC. She was named the 2009 Indiana Statewide Small Business Development Center Advisor of the Year. Jane has more than 20 years prior experience as a commercial lender in central and northeastern Indiana. While in banking, she developed an expertise in lending to small and emerging businesses, not-for-profits, utilities, and other banks. She also has prior experience working with Premier Capital Corporation, an Indianapolis-based Certified Development Company.

• Anton Babich

  Anton Babich was born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to the United States at age 5. Believing the motto “you only live once”, pushes him to be adventerious, spontanious, and very optimistic. Being open minded has given him many great opportunities in life such as hosting two reality TV shows, being part of seminars, and traveling the country and world. He started a clothing line called Exotiq Apparel to introduce the world to a whole new concept of fashion where business meets character.

• Colleen Freeland Towner

  Colleen Freeland Towner is an educator and community activist dedicated to "Waking Up" the collective conscious to the current realities that meat production and consumption have on our bodies and our environment. Her message empowers individuals to use their daily habits and consumer buying power not only for optimal health, but reversal of disease, as well as environmentally sustainable agricultural practices that will preserve the earth for future generations. She is the author of the blog "Waking Up Vegan", an RYT200 yoga instructor, the mother of four, and an outreach coordinator for Green B.E.A.N. Delivery, an organic produce and natural grocery home delivery organization.

• Teresa Roberts

  Teresa Roberts has reinvented herself more than once in her life and will again. From teacher and elementary principal to international house sitter, world-traveling “untourist”, writer, nationally certified hypnotist, and lifelong student of thought, Teresa is a work in progress. Because she loves the idea of unlimited options, she prefers to focus on who she is becoming.

• Mastora Bakhiet

  My name is Mastora Bakhiet. In 2010, I obtained a Master of Intercultural Services, Leadership, and Management Candidate SIT Graduate Institute, Brattleboro, VT. Early in my career, I served as a Women’s Development Officer (1989-1993) at Jebel Marra Rural Development Project (JMRDP), sponsored by the European Economic Community in Darfur, Sudan. I was responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating women's development programs. I also supervised a staff of 26 in twelve women’s development centers throughout twelve different villages. I coordinated development programs for women and organizations working in the same field (UNICEF, ILO) as well as independent projects, such as designing income garnering activities for female households.

• Renee Ann Florin

  Renee Florin is an accomplished, award winning designer who loves taking Interior Design to an inner level. After surviving a brain aneurysm in 1999, Renee started a journey of letting go and understanding from a scientific viewpoint, the “why” of our thoughts and actions. She has shared her insights over the last 10 years through teaching weekly adult education classes at her church, speaking at various women’s groups & health retreats, as well as international markets and shows in Chicago, Orlando, and Las Vegas. Renee is currently working on a book titled, “My sister really loves me – She just doesn’t know it yet!”

• Ed Heilman

  Ed Heilman, is a United Church of Christ pastor in Toledo Ohio. He has taught World Religions as adjunct Faculty at Bowling Green State University, and was instrumental in the formation of the Multifaith Council of North West Ohio. He serves on the Board of Equality Toledo, a sexual identity and orientation rights advocacy group. He dreams and labors for a sustainable, fair, and compassionate world for all people.

• Thae Ohu

  Thae Ohu, born in Bangkok, Thailand is 17 years old. She came from parents of refugees from Burma during the time of the civil war. She has lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the past fourteen years. As any teenager she attends North Side High School, plays sports, and is involve with extra circular activities. Her biggest involvement with the community comes from her father, Ahr Yu who has helped her become a leader for the younger generation. She was involved with Crime Victim Care and National Crime Prevention Council which helped her shape her passion dealing with bullying. Her platform for the future deals with teenagers with all likes, gender, race, religion, and sexual preference.

• Fernando Tarango

  Fernando Tarango is a freelance vocalist, singer songwriter and recording artist known for his versatility of styles and engaging performance. Fernando’s professional career began at the age of 10 traveling the world with the American Boychoir School in Princeton, NJ. He continued his musical studies at the University of Michigan with a B.M. in Vocal Performance. Fernando has sung professionally for the San Francisco Symphony Chorus, the a cappella men’s octet, Clerestory, and the Grammy Award Winning, Pacific Boychoir Academy. Fernando premiered the role of Mr. Bingley in the first operatic rendition of Pride and Prejudice by Kirke Mechem in Davies Symphony Hall and has performed as a solo entertainer aboard Holland America Cruise Lines. As a recording artist and songwriter he has written and recorded several solo albums and has licensed music to television shows such as Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Bad Girls Club and Road Rules.
