Dr. Maymunah Kadiri
Dr. Maymunah Yusuf Kadiri is a psychiatrist, mental health advocate, and coach who is passionate about people’s mental wellness and provides workable tips and tools to ensure that. Maymunah is a leading voice in Nigeria on mental health and wellness and has almost 20 years of experience as a practicing physician. She is the medical director and psychiatrist-in-chief at Pinnacle Medical Services, a Nigerian health clinic prominent in the application of innovative clinical approaches in the management/treatment of a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral-related disorders.

Miazor Ekom
Miazor Ekom is a Mechanical Engineer specializing in analytical problem-solving, manufacturing optimization, and engineering design for safety-critical systems. His experience spans FEA-based analysis, shop-floor process improvement, tooling design, and work within regulated manufacturing environments. He began his career in aircraft structural assembly, supporting Airbus and ATR programs, where precision, documentation discipline, and engineering integrity were essential. This foundation shaped his systems-driven approach to solving technical challenges through sound analysis and hands-on collaboration. Miazor’s expertise includes finite element modelling, thermal and structural analysis, manufacturing routings, non-conformance evaluation, and the design of jigs, fixtures, and tooling. He is passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, and turning complex ideas into practical, reliable engineering solutions.
Mira Mehta
Mira is an experienced executive in the agribusiness and consumer packaged goods sectors with a proven track record in leading people and building teams, strategic planning, fundraising, sales, and operations. She has designed and executed large-scale projects, including the construction and installation of a multi-million-dollar tomato processing facility in northern Nigeria, fully operational within 15 months of closing an equity deal with two institutional investors. She built a strong local team in Kaduna and developed a strategy enabling Tomato Jos to support over 1,000 smallholder farmers to farm profitably with high margins while supplying high-quality tomatoes to produce paste at 15% below global market prices. As a social enterprise, Tomato Jos boosts profitability by ensuring the profitability of its partner farmers. She has also led community and youth-based initiatives with grant makers such as USAID and partnered with the Nigerian government to improve local education, health, and livelihoods.

Raphael Afaedor is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and angel investor with over 20 years of experience across the internet, financial services, and retail industries. He is passionate about technology-led businesses in Africa that create value for customers, partners, and communities. He has a strong educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, marketing, and business administration, with degrees from Harvard, INSEAD, and Stanford, alongside transformational leadership training that has shaped his vision for digital innovation and social impact. He is the co-founder and CEO of Kyosk Digital Services, focused on expanding digital-first solutions across Africa’s retail sector by empowering small businesses through technology, services, and financing. Previously, he co-founded Jumia and Supermart, and has been recognized by Business Day, Forbes Africa, and the World Retail Awards.
Rasak Adekoya
Razak is a transformative, results-oriented leader with 13+ years of experience in international development, advancing economic development, global education, financial inclusion, digital economy, climate-smart agriculture, gender equity, and sustainability across Africa and South Asia. He currently serves as Global Technical Advisor at Sightsavers, developing strategies and innovative programs that strengthen institutions and empower marginalized communities, especially youth, women, and people with disabilities. His expertise includes portfolio management, partnerships, program strategy, impact monitoring, policy advocacy, climate justice, and workplace inclusion. Passionate about team productivity and leadership development, Razak leverages data, technology, policy, and cross-sector collaboration to create lasting change.
Tayo Fasunon
Tayo Fasunon is a Nigerian 3D animator, storyteller, and co-founder of Quadron Studios, an animation and virtual reality company. With over 13 years of experience, he is known for creating 3D, animations, and commercial, including viral projects. He also works in production management for global animation projects.
Temidayo Oniosun
Temidayo is the Founder and Managing Director of Space in Africa, the leading market intelligence firm shaping the future of the African space and satellite industry. With nearly a decade of experience, Temidayo is a trusted advisor to governments and commercial space entities across the industry value chain. He has spearheaded numerous strategic and policy consulting projects, including baseline studies for the African Union Commission on the four space segments, assessing the socio-economic impact of establishing the African Space Agency and developing a commercialisation strategy for AngoSat-2 for the Angolan National Space Management Office (GGPEN). Temidayo's contributions to the space sector have earned him recognition as a 2020 Karman Fellow and a 2021 Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 honoree. Before founding Space in Africa, he served as the African Regional Coordinator for the Space Generation Advisory Council. His expertise is frequently sought by major media outlets such as BBC, CNN, CNBC, CGTN, AlJazeera, Forbes Africa, and Voice of America, where he provides insights on African space and satellite programs. Temidayo holds a Master's degree in Satellite Applications from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and a PhD from the University of Delaware, USA. Temidayo is currently a Research Affiliate at MIT Media Lab (Space Enabled), a Council Member of the Global Future Council on Space Technologies at the World Economic Forum and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
Victor Ugo
Victor Ugo is a medical doctor turned social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in innovation, strategy, policy advocacy, business development, and knowledge translation in Global Health. Agile, entrepreneurial, and strategically minded, he has pioneered digital tools and approaches that have transformed mental health care and service delivery, especially for children and young people. As the founder of one of Africa's biggest youth-focused mental health organisations, he built and scaled a social enterprise from scratch, leading the development of digital support services and tools that have collectively reached millions and facilitated significant policy and societal transformation. He has a proven track record of operationalizing global strategies and independently collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external partners; from grassroots networks to international organisations. He is experienced in leading multicultural teams in both low-and high-resource settings with the ability to navigate complex, highly interconnected relationships and drive organisational transformation.
