  • Agnieszka Kołacińska

    Agnieszka is a Professor of Surgery and Consultant Surgeon at the Medical University of Lodz and a holder of numerous fellowships in Europe, Asia, North and South America. She serves as an Examiner of the European Board of Surgery Qualification in Breast Surgery (EBSQBS). Agnieszka is a local fund raiser devoted to charitable work for breast cancer Patients. Her hobbies include globetrotting, art, tango, salsa, latino, and slow food.

  • Aleksandra Chećko

    Aleksandra performed research on mobile networks in Taiwan, France, and Denmark. She is currently a senior system engineer at Microelectronic Technology and an expert consultant for the European Commission. Her research on 5G networks began with her PhD thesis “Cloud Radio Access Network architecture”, defended in April 2016, and now she participates in defining global 5G standards. She received her double M.Sc. degree in telecommunication from Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Lodz University of Technology, Poland (PL) in 2011. She has given numerous presentations on mobile networks all over the world.

  • Arkadiusz Jadczak

    He graduated from the Copernicus High School in Lodz 25 years ago. In opposition to Copernicus he is sure this place is the center of the universe. He’s an entrepreneur, old boy-scout, storyteller, sailor and good loving dad (3 kids). Loves to live and works 24/7/365. Creativity is the only method that allows him to act… Yes, he’s open to ideas worth spreading!

    Since the beginning of the App Store era, he’s been constantly fighting for delivering 5-star mobile apps. Probably the oldest snapchater in Poland. Has WiFi.

  • Maciej Dunajski

    Maciej Dunajski read physics in Lodz, Poland and received a PhD in mathematics from Oxford University where he held a Senior Scholarship at Merton College and wrote his thesis under the supervision of Lionel Mason. After spending four years as a lecturer in the Mathematical Institute in Oxford where he was a member of Roger Penrose's research group he moved to Cambridge, where he is a Fellow and Graduate Tutor at Clare College and a Senior Research Associate at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. In 2011 mr. Dunajski received a title of Professor awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland. His research interests are Twistor Theory, Integrable Systems, Solitons, and Differential Geometry.

  • Maciej Szymański

    Held several managerial positions in FMCG and automotive businesses in Poland in the ‘90s. Brought Sephora (part of the LVMH Group) to Poland in 1999. Expanded it into the Eastern Europe. Worked as General Manager of Sephora France (Paris) and President of Sephora Greater China (Shanghai). In 2010 came back to Poland to became Chief Executive of Empik Media Fashion SA (Warsaw Stock Exchange listed CEE retail conglomerate comprising some leading retail brands such as Empik, Smyk, Speak-Up etc). In 2015 joined Waterland Private Equity as Principal in charge of Poland and CEE.

  • Sławomir Lachowski

    Slawomir Lachowski is a professional with extensive experience in senior managerial positions in the Polish banking industry and a recognized entrepreneur in digital finance. He served as CEO in several banks in Poland and abroad over the last 23 years. He is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics where he received a MA in Economics with honours, magna cum laude. Slawomir is an author of several articles and papers on innovation in finance, management and strategy.
