TEDxPOLITALA is organised by a volunteer team called Politala Public Speaking Club (PPSC) with the generous assistance of partners in the State Polytechnic of Tanah Laut and public sectors in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. TEDx­POLITALA is a plat­form for shar­ing ideas — and we also share some basic ground rules around pri­vacy, civil­ity and the rights of cre­at­ors. TEDx­POLITALA Talks Usage Policy At TEDx­POLITALA, In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDxPOLITALA organises idea events that bring people together to share a TED-style experience and spark deep discussion and connection among people and ‘curious souls’, just like yourself, who love and value ideas, and the guidelines that are lis­ted on this page, which may be updated from time to time. Regis­tra­tion policy We want every­one who attends one of our events to have a good time, free of stress. There are a few rules around regis­tra­tion and beha­vior at events you should under­stand. In the spirit of ideas worth spread­ing, TED has cre­ated a pro­gram called TEDx­. TEDx­ is a pro­gram of local, self-organised events that bring peo­ple together to share a TED-like expe­ri­ence. Our event is called TEDx­POLITALA, where x = inde­pen­dently orga­nised TED event. At TEDx­POLITALA, TEDTalks video and live speak­ers will com­bine to spark deep dis­cus­sion and con­nec­tion in a small group. The TED Con­fer­ence pro­vides gen­eral guid­ance for the TEDx­ pro­gram, but indi­vid­ual TEDx­ events, includ­ing ours, are self-organised by unpaid volunteers.
