TEDxStandardCharteredWomen

The Standard Chartered UK Womens Network is excited to provide a TEDxStandard CharteredWomen viewing party only a few hours after the live conference in the US (for more information on TED please see http://www.ted.com/). With the theme ‘Momentum’ this year’s program includes scientists, entrepreneurs, doctors, artists and activists giving TED talks with the kind of ideas that ignite imaginations. The ‘Sustain’ stream being shown includes talks from the peace activist Jimmy Carter, the climate justice advocate Mary Robinson, the 18 year old who is taking on Malawai’s child marriage issues and the tennis legend and activist, Billie Jean King.
