TEDxCaterpillarTiruvallur is an Internal Corporate TEDx event organised by/for Caterpillar Inc. employees. With Breaking Boundaries as the theme, we have a diverse line up of speakers. The event is the first ever in Caterpillar history and is intended to inspire similar events in other Caterpillar facilities worldwide. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

MAD is a non-profit organisation that mobilizes young leaders across 23 cities to ensure equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes. Vrishi helps ensure that the 4400 volunteers of MAD feel engaged and supported, and that they receive the necessary training.
